The interaction left him frozen, and Steve realized that his face must’ve been red, because when Robin finally came around the corner, she asked him why he looked like a tomato. He shook his head and refused to explain.
“Seems like you just met a certain someone,” Robin said speculatively, eyebrows raised.
Steve could not, would not satisfy her with an answer, so he simply walked to the break room and sat down, releasing a mortified groan into his hands.
Eddie thought he had a pretty face.

What this room will be, without his presence. What will those pictures on the wall resemble? Will they stay the same? Will the walls be different without him to ruin them?

Who had they been without each other? That Patroclus would never come to know was Achilles' only ambition and the only important promise he would never break. It was true. Patroclus would never live to know what he would be without Achilles. He swayed as the wind in Achilles' gaze and felt the true calamity of the possibility of death to ever separate them.
The gods chided them from above and fate would soon take its turn as always, but for then it was heaven. For mere, small moments of love, Patroclus thought it was heaven.

Bare trees shake when a chill cuts through the open air, they sway as brown leaves skitter on the blank concrete.
He looks down at the sidewalk, blotted with drops of blood like a seep-through gauze. He almost heaves, but instead it comes out a sharp breath. The mutilated corpse is finally still, it does not stir or thrash like it was and seems now to be eerily silent, leaving Wilbur as he was before. “I feel like I’m dying, Robin,” Eddie whines; rubbing his hands down his face.
“You’re so dramatic,” Robin says with an eye roll so powerful he’s surprised she doesn’t fall over by sheer force.

He’s sharing a condo. With House.
And as a man in his forties, employed as the head of the oncology department, James should easily be able to afford an apartment on his own.
Yet he lives with House, who is also a doctor and department head, respectively, and likely also gets paid the salary of a person leading a department. Meaning he could also comfortably live on his own.
Which would indicate that they chose to live together.
But there’s really no reason at all for James to live with another person, unless…
Unless he’s in a relationship with said person.
Or: James Wilson wakes up in the hospital, thinking he's happily married to Sam in the year 1990, only to learn that he is suffering from retrograde amnesia.
Turns out it's 2010, he's divorced thrice over and shares a condo with a man.
What follows is a sexuality crisis of epic proportions, Wilson trying to deal with sharing his space with House and coming to terms with the fact that maybe, just maybe, he's is in love with the obnoxious, grizzly man.
And then his memories return.
James Wilson is utterly fucked.
