Summary
Picking up where the show left off, this story is an exploration of Kara and Lena gradually growing beyond the confines of their friendship, into something more, with all the fits and starts that a process like that entails.
It is meant to be canon compliant but, and I cannot emphasize this enough, I did not watch Supergirl for the plot. So a lot of the plot points are murky in my memory. I'll try to do the plot history justice and if there are any glaring issues with that let me know and I'll try to fix it. Maybe.
Above all this is a love story.
I know there is an ocean of SuperCorp fiction out there. Let me add one more drop to the sea.

Emma will witness all the horrors that happened in the life of the woman for whom she has great affection and for the one who just gave her soul for her to have a happy ending, but in addition to the horrors that led Regina to become the Evil Queen, the newly Dark One will also meet a sweet and innocent Regina who believed in true love and everything that surrounds the story of her own existence.
During her journey through the past, Emma will discover the secrets (some of them dark) that connect her family, Regina's and also Rumple's and that will bring certainty that her parents aren't the perfect heroes they claim to be.
In the meantime Emma will have to deal with the understanding extent of her feelings for Regina and what really led her to sacrifice herself for the brunette. -

This story runs from the end of Shiva, soon after S4E8 The Illusion of Truth, to just before S4E14 Moments of Transition. Close to canon apart from Carolyn’s death after S4E8 and an early arrival from season 5. It will make more sense if you read Shiva first, but you can also jump in here and figure it out as you go.
No major warnings, but you know anything with Bester in it tends to get disturbing. This story is complete at 5 chapters. There is a sequel in the pipeline, but I write slowly and I'm going to be busy for a while with other things.

This is set in season 3 before Mon comes back. It was triggered by both Kara’s line in 3x12 about seeing all Lena’s chess trophies and after finding out she's lived in a hotel for a long ass time.
No plot in sight, and sadly no porn either.
This is my first completed fic ever, and I am old. Kudos to Supercorp for keeping my attention long enough to finish this lol. There might be some very slight grammatical errors, I’ve been staring at this too long, just had to press submit already :)

Emma might be closer than the Good Queen suspects.

Summary
In the wake of completing "With Love's Light Wings," the longfic featuring a polyamorous relationship between Cat Grant, Kara Danvers, and Lena Luthor, this series of ficlets and one-shots will be exploring in greater depth stuff that some of you gentle readers asked about, as well as things that I wanted to do that didn't make it into the story for pacing reasons.
That said, these won't be following a strict chronology in any way, I'm just going to be writing and posting stray items as they happen.
