Huh? Wait, why did that soun-oh. Oh, crap.
Based on a shot in the comics where Spider-Man handles a hostage situation with a rather spectacular bluff. This is one idea about what could have happened afterwards, once word about it got out and nobody could agree on whether Spider-Man had a ridiculous formerly-secret super power or was just an idiot. The Black Widow is the only one who knows for sure, and she's going to enjoy calling our favorite spider-powered disaster on it while Peter is busy setting a new record for 'most panic attacks had in the course of a single conversation.'Bookmarked by Rubywing

Months have passed and all of their attempts to cultivate the Heart Shaped Herb were met with no success. One day, a mysterious child arrived on the mountain, right in front of the Jabariland doorstep. The child is not familiar with his surroundings or how he got there, and he has vine plant cradled against his chest. Unfolded in the middle of the leaves, were heart shaped flowers that glows in lively, electric purple.
He, called Peter Parker, is so determined, so stubborn to hand over the Heart Shaped Herbs only to the king of Wakanda.
The thing is, unless Tony Stark is attempting some sort of cosmic joke, T'Challa is pretty sure the last time he met Peter Parker in Germany, he was a fifteen years old, bubbly teen with a secret superhero identity who almost floored Bucky.… Not a nine year old boy still in his pajama, shoe-less and only a hair away from freezing to his bone.

The first time Peter Parker meets (some of) the Avengers, it's in a sewer and/or warehouse-he wasn't able to get a good look at the place, sue him for his uncertainty-after he had (apparently) gotten kidnapped.
The first time the Avengers meet Spider-Man, he's calling them jerkwads from the top of Hawkeye's roof... according to Hawkeye. In Peter's humble opinion, rooftops are communical property among vigilantes, especially during alien invasions.

Seven times the Avengers were confused about Spider-Man's identity, and one time his identity was revealed.

Summary
A Peter Parker & Avengers-centric series focusing on an alternate universe where Peter is forced to develop his skills a lot earlier on in the universe due to factors detailed in the first book. The resulting sequel(s) detail what effect this more highly trained Peter Parker could have on the events that play out in the MCU, such as Infinity War and Endgame. Features a natural development of a father-son type of relationship between Tony and Peter, as well as Peter's individual interactions with each of the Avengers, and the gradual mending of the friendship between Tony and Steve in order to actually portray the Avengers as a family, not just a team. Aunt May, Ned, and MJ are also heavily featured as well. In addition, readers are able to see Peter develop into a more confident and capable character, naturally growing into a similar version of his comic-book self while still being placed in the MCU.
Lastly, I can guarantee that each of the books and the series will have a happy ending; the movies already provide us with enough of the alternative. So if that is something you are concerned about, don't be- there will be astonishing amounts of angst, but also funny moments and plenty of comfort to balance it out!
