New York City, 2012, and Tony Stark is flying a bomb right through a wormhole, right through the portal, right into a different dimension and a whole other universe.
He opens his eyes in a completely different world, one with all the things he could never admit he wanted-- acceptance and desire and submission.
In this place on the other side of reality, Tony learns everything begins with falling– falling through space, through time, falling in love, and falling onto his knees.
*****“Holy hell, you’re about the prettiest sub I’ve ever seen.” Bucky whispered and Steve rumbled in agreement. “Just gorgeous, sweet thing. Look how soft you are for Stevie, I love that. Good boy, you’re doing wonderful.”
The praise was balm to Tony’s battered heart, and his last thought before letting go was about heaven, about soft lights and quiet music and strong arms.
Heaven, because his brain could snap into gear later and he could make up for lost time then.
Heaven, because lips brushed over his temple and a deep voice crooned, “You’re such a good sub, sweetheart.” and it was the best thing Tony had ever heard in his life.

The first time they’d started their little…habit was on the Helicarrier. It was after the time that Cap had dragged Thor and Tony back from their all-out brawl in the woods, when they’d parked Loki’s green-laden ass right back there in Hulk’s cell.
It was some of the best sex Tony had ever had.
In the aftermath, they’d said good night and he’d gotten dressed and left with some pep in his step back to the lab, cheerfully satiated and not overthinking it. After all, it was just some stress relief, wonderfully effective but unlikely to ever happen again.
He was half-right.

His whole body felt covered in an icy fire, lighting up every nerve ending as he felt the names burning themselves into his back. After exposing Hydra and not dying (yeay to Team effort!) everything should get back to normal, right?
Well, as normal as living with the Avengers can get. Especially if Winter is part of their family now (or so Tony decided).
Also, Peter is staying over for a week, trying to make sure Mr. Stark is getting plenty of rest and is not being bothered by the totally overbearing adults in the Tower.
Combine that with a common cold, a rather important press conference, slightly on edge heroes and Steve's decision to finally do something about his feelings and you got pandemonium.
So yes, everything is back to normal.
