“I have to go to the bathroom.” Tadashi announces.
“I also need to go. To the bathroom. I have to go to the bathroom.” Tsuki says.
“Together?” Daichi asks, looking at them both.
“Yes.” Tsuki says, pushing his glasses up his nose.
There was a few seconds of silence before Tanaka says, “Like how girls go together to like- put their makeup on or to like- I don’t know.. Complain about.. Periods?”
“I doubt Yamaguchi and I will ever find a reason to put makeup on each other or talk about periods in a bathroom ever, so no.”
“Then… why?” Sugawara says.
“Well, I assume to use it for its intended purpose. Do I really need to explain the functions of a bathroom to you all?”
Or: Yamaguchi is suffering but there are a few things that make him feel better.

“Reki? It’s so late, why are you calling me…?” Langa’s calm, yet tired, voice speaks through the phone.

“I just… I wanted to talk about what happened a couple months back,” He starts, moving onto Miya’s other hand, starting from his index finger.
There’s a couple seconds of silence, before Miya uncharacteristically stutters a little, speaking quieter than before as if he’s unsure of his words, “Wh- What do you- What do you mean?”
Reki looks up from the teen’s nails, making eye contact for a few moments, “You know… Before I raced Adam in the tournament. At the hospital.”
“...”
Or: Remember when Reki was a prick to Miya in episode 10? Well I do and now im gonna make him apologise for it while painting his nails.

Summary
Maybe this was a mistake, Reki is now thinking. Because the sound of Langa’s breath, being only a few centimetres from his face, was filling his eardrums and making his heart beat loudly. Langa was invading all of Reki’s senses and he couldn’t tell if it’s a good thing or bad. It’s intoxicating.
Or: Reki is a pining mess who loves painting his nails - Langa wants in on this nail painting business.

Summary
When it comes to something like this, there are a few important steps:
First, Xie Lian makes sure that his husband is busy. Something like that makes it sound so terrible, but it’s not—it’s really not! It’s just that Hua Cheng can be overprotective, and if he saw this he would react poorly. Xie Lian would rather spare him that.
Second, Xie Lian puts Ruoye away. The poor thing never wants to go. He has to tie it somewhere safe and placate it with gentle touches and soothing words. Even so, it still lashes its ends and strains after him until he leaves the room. It will cling too tightly when he returns.
Third, Xie Lian goes somewhere quiet and familiar. It can be the armory, or their private baths, or even the shrine near Puqi Village. It is never their bedroom. It is never their cottage.
Fourth, Xie Lian draws his sword.
Fifthly, finally, Xie Lian takes a deep breath, closes his eyes, and carves his own skin open.

Summary
Feng Xin would like to think that he has become accustomed to the variety of strange (and often unfortunate) events that surround Xie Lian. He has become accustomed to the flights of fancy, and the trash collecting, and the occasional ill-fated culinary quest. He has even, as of late, become accustomed to His Highness’ cripplingly poor choice in spouse.
Despite all of Feng Xin’s practice in these unfortunates, however, he is not prepared for this.
“Who are you?” Xie Lian stares up at him from a puddle of oversized white robes, his eyes wide. He is several sizes too small, and several shades too oblivious. “And, um. Where are we?”
Beside him, Mu Qing sighs very very very deeply and pinches the bridge of his nose.
When a curse turns Xie Lian into a child again, Feng Xin, Mu Qing, and Hua Cheng have to work together to keep him safe. Needless to say, this is a trying task for all of them.

Summary
Reki’s left arm was the arm he always braced with when he fell. It was the one that, by extension, got injured the most.
Maybe he’d been fooled by naivety, by the vague idea that he’d be fresh and able-bodied forever, but limbs weren’t meant to be sprained or fractured or broken as often as his left arm was. Each trip to the hospital, he was tempting fate more and more. Really, he should’ve seen it coming:
Nerve damage.
There was a constant, never-ending ache in his arm. A dull throbbing that he eventually learned was easy enough to ignore (except, of course, when it burned like the fucking sun and he couldn’t sleep and he just curled up in his bed wishing for anything to make it stop-). It was always there, but always ignorable. He was good at ignoring his problems.

Reki's repeated injuries have left him with chronic pain. He likes to think he deals with it pretty well. It's not a big deal; no one has to know.
