Summary
Tsukauchi hated dealing with vigilantes. Not because he hated the vigilante, but because of how much paper work he had to do when they got away.
And now he had to deal with a new one. No evidence left behind, no witnesses that could clearly testify a face, and no idea what the quirk is. The vigilante, Jet, was a complete and utter mystery to the heroes and police. The only thing anyone knew for certain was than he was short, and had a large jet gemstone emblazoned on his chest.
Tsukauchi can't help but feel like he's missing something big. Something that would answer all of the questions nice and neat. Something right under his nose.
Whatever it is, it will have to wait. He needs to make sure Izuku got home okay.
