Summary
Neteyam expects pain after getting his wisdom teeth removed.
He expects swelling, soreness, and maybe doing something a little embarrassing while drugged.What he doesn’t expect is Lo’ak filming his every slurred word, accidentally outing his crush, or Ao’nung showing up with soup, icy poles, a blanket and a plush seal “for being brave.”
Between pain meds, video games, and dozing off mid–Mario Party, Neteyam learns that maybe being vulnerable isn’t the worst thing in the world, especially when someone chooses to stay.

Summary
Neteyam wasn’t the same after the accident. Everyone could see it, even if no one said it out loud. He had thought things would go back to how they were, that time alone would fix it but the quiet lingered, heavy and unfamiliar.
So the family decided to leave. A fresh start, far from the city. They traded concrete and noise for open air and the sound of waves, heading for the beach in hopes that distance might dull the ache. Maybe it would be good for them.
For Ao’nung, though, life by the water had grown painfully dull. Every day looked the same as the one before, and with his last year stretching out in front of him, that simply wouldn’t do. It was supposed to be unforgettable. And if nothing was going to change on its own, he figured he’d just have to change it himself.
It started with a bet between his friends.

Hyun-ju has outdone herself this time, really. Out of all the lone male customers who walk in, smile nicely at her and wish her a lovely day, she just had to take interest in the only man who came in hand in hand with a daughter.
What should’ve been a proud feeling of accomplishment was slightly interrupted by his urge to pull that guy from his man bun away from her. Gyeong-seok had to crush on the only woman who paid no mind to him and was basically glued to a younger man.
They didn’t think it was worth making a move. Still, a piece of eye-candy never hurt anybody.
