“I even fought the river god Scamandrius!” Achilles boasted, puffing his chest the tiniest bit. “I swore not to bury my love until his killer was devoured by the dogs and vultures in the Greek camp."
Medea giggled like a little girl, a very, very unhinged little girl, and leaned further into Achilles’ space, almost touching him when she delicately flicked her wrist. “Wow, that’s so romantic.”
“It wasn’t,” Patroclus interjected and was promptly ignored.
[The two most unhinged people in the underworld have a romance arc. Patroclus is very, very tired. Jason is...also there.]

Once he’s satisfied with his work, his hands come to settle in the slight groove where ass meets thigh, his fingers sinking deep into her soft, supple flesh. “How does it feel?”

Summary
To rescue Melinoe from the Summit, Moros must defeat Prometheus. Except, Moros had known Prometheus before, when he used to sneak to the Caucasus Mountains to console the chained Titan.
O Prometheus. Persisting Prometheus, marching forward despite what omens he may see. Stoic Prometheus, never uttering a scream as the eagle cut into his flesh. Rain or exposure, chained upon the Caucasus Mountains, Prometheus would never yield and break. Silent as the stones of the mountain. Only Moros would dare to come near the suffering Titan. At first, Moros simply wanted to have a conversation. How long Prometheus had known of this fate. How else he could have avoided his arrest. Prometheus would not speak. And so, Moros began feeding him nectar, poured into kylixes for Prometheus to regain his strength. Something flickered within Prometheus’ weary eyes that day as Moros tilted Prometheus’ chin up so he could drink and regain his strength. Then, Moros would clean Prometheus’ wound and trim his hair so that Prometheus could see.
Of course Doom must be gentle. What else was crueller than consoling a sacrificial lamb?

Such lovely writing. I love seeing beautiful prose that doesn't rely too much on flowery words or too romantic description. Like, the writing here genuinely reminded me of some translation of the Iliad specifically. Ahh.

Summary
A Radiostatic story set immediately after the events of Season 2.
Having been severely humbled after his failed attempt to take over Heaven, Vox's fall from grace and drop in popularity have been devastating. Estranged from his associates, scorned by all, he's lost all the approval he'd ever managed to gain. That is, seemingly, from all but one...
Alastor, now keen to spread his newly unclipped wings, gets the devious idea to get Vox back in line where he belongs - as Alastor's subordinate, a useful tool for his future plans. After all, Vox had managed something rather impressive before all that catastrophic failure, and Alastor finds himself strangely compelled to seek his old pal out in the aftermath... only for personal gain, of course.
Or: how, despite all odds, radio can't seem to stay away from video.

“You done messing around?” Liu Qingge dares. It’s rhetorical, Luo Binghe knows, but he can’t stop himself from meekly shaking his head, no. He’s not done.
Liu Qingge huffs out a breath and grabs Luo Binghe by the jaw. He slowly turns his head, as if examining him. “You’re insolent,” Liu Qingge berates. Luo Binghe smiles up at him, taking it as a compliment. Properly annoyed, he hauls Luo Binghe up by the jaw, and Luo Binghe reels at the pain.
Liu Qingge deserves to Dom too, sometimes. He has the muscles to manhandle Luo Binghe- and Luo Binghe would happily let him.

Bristling immediately, Liu Qingge draws himself up ramrod straight. “I have no wish to play your games, demon,” he spits. Shen Qingqiu makes some kind of small noise behind his fan, perhaps a laugh or a sound of dismay, and Liu Qingge tries to ignore the way the tips of his ears heat up.
“Actually, Shidi, it was this shixiong’s idea.” Shen Qingqiu uncrosses his legs and sits a little straighter on his throne, which is far more ornate than Luo Binghe’s. The solemn dignity is marred a little by the pile of cushions spilling out from underneath his robes and the bag of melon seeds resting on the arm.
Liu Qingge’s chest aches faintly. This is fairly normal when he’s around Shen Qingqiu, so he ignores it.- Language:
