It really doesn’t help that Hermione suddenly wants to shag past Lord Voldemort.
Ron and Harry wisely keep their mouths shut, fully aware that their own new romantic inclinations are just as questionable. Apparently, they all have a thing for domineering snakes with dark tendencies.
Tom Riddle, for his part, intended to pursue evil in relative peace. Instead, he finds himself saddled with three chaotic intruders from the future, acquiring stress, headaches, and alarmingly high blood pressure along the way.
Written for Harry Potter fans who love the Golden Trio as a unit, and are tired of fics where one of them is sidelined, friendships fall apart, or mutual hatred replaces canon chaos.

Summary
Albus Dumbledore plans. That's what he does. He makes plans for everything. His backup plans have backup plans. There is not only a plan B, but also plans C-Z. So when he was looking down the barrel at an early demise and knew for a fact that he wouldn't be there to check, verify, and activate back up plans as needed, he put more back up plans into place. Most he passed off to his Apprentice Over-Planner Severus Snape, but what if Severus died too soon, or was incapacitated, or truly did lose hope and rejoined Voldemort in truth? Surely he should have backup plans for that too?
Or
Dumbledore makes one backup plan too many, Fate is a bitch, Harry is irreverent and deeply chaotic by nature, and Death likes him that way.
Or
Death is a Slytherin who sees absolutely no reason why they can't screw Fate over and pay their debts at the same time. What's a little cheating anyway?

Hiding in the Chamber of Secrets for the summer with only Dobby, a dead basilisk, a mangey-looking dog he finds, and a portrait that is weirdly interested in mentoring him might be a recipe for disaster, but could also be the best summer Harry's ever had (not that there's much competition really).

Summary
When Harry Potter decided to travel back in time, he did not consider unbelievable consequences despite the many more unbelievable occurrences in his life. What had been a ritual to land him a few decades instead became several decades, in which he would find himself in 1926. What was worse was that he would have to continue in the new timeline as a woman. With a war somewhat fresh on his shoulders, Harry would have to restart as an entirely new person who would raise his nemesis instead of end him. "What the hell are you doing in my home?" Chris demands. The kid is perched on a windowsill in Chris' office, as nonchalantly as if this were something he did every day, as if they were familiar.
"I was just wondering," the kid speaks softly, fond amusement sewn through with a peculiar resignation, "how you'd feel about putting down some nazis?"

His scent is evening out, mellowing from humiliation to embarrassment, and his heart skips a few beats when Derek touches him. “Really, I misread everything. Jordan said—” he stops, again, and Derek has to stop himself from asking because what Jordan said isn’t the most pressing issue.
“I thought you were joking,” he says, keeping Stiles’ arm still even as he starts to pull away. “Whatever Jordan said, he didn’t tell me. You’ve been teasing me for weeks, I didn’t think this was any different.”
Stiles turns to face him, and this time when he pulls his arm back, Derek lets go. “I’ve been asking you out for weeks,” he says, a thin trace of amusement through the resignation in his voice. “It’s fine, dude, just a misunderstanding. I’ll stop.”
