Summary

Summary

The pair find themselves in the darkness of the library and Linhardt offers himself to Hubert, pretending to be Edelgard so that Hubert can live out his deepest desire. Wracked with shame, Hubert takes him up on his offer and indulges in Linhardt's body.
M/M relationship. Fluff and smut, making love in the library, pining. Self-indulgent smut, something I wrote for myself.

So beautiful, don't even tell me it isn't.
Seriously, if you haven't read this story, you're doing yourself a disservice because it's spectacular. Not only is the characterization, the interactions, and the dialogue perfect and on point, the plot and story arc is to die for. This soft, beautiful, slow yet at the same time not unbearably slow Crenny is just- Heck? It changed my mind on Crenny entirely, and it's helped me when writing SC Kenny, because I can let him be softer and less... well, less of a little shit. XD Angel's Kenny is so damn faithful to the canon, and yet it expands on it, bringing the character into himself more accurately and deftly than I've ever seen before.
And can we talk about Cori's handle on Craig? They've helped me figure out Craig's vulnerable side to a degree I didn't think was possible. The sheer connection they have to the character and to what drives him leaves you breathless, I swear to god. I've had long conversations with them about Craig, and every time I do, I feel like I get to know him better than should be possible.
But you know what really struck me??? Tweek didn't have to be upset. Tweek could be happy, he could be excited for Craig and Kenny and it didn't have to feel disingenuous or painful. Just because Crenny is a thing, doesn't mean that Tweek has to be hurt, and this story proves that. Hell, I'd even say that this story (and admittedly their others) set a new precedent for Crenny that I, for one, am delighted to see.
So yeah...

Summary
This is, objectively, the best part of Kenny’s day. Resting his cheek on his hand, he allows one of his crooked smiles to spread across his features. Craig was everything Kenny wanted in a guy. Not just his looks alone, but his personality, too; he was a straight-shooter and said what was on his mind. He did what he wanted and he made no excuses for being who he was.
Let’s be real though, it wasn’t like Craig Tucker hadn’t aged well over the years. The descriptors tall, dark, and handsome just did not do him justice.

Kenny’s been pining over Craig for years, until one day, Craig notices him back.

Okay, so I know what you're thinking. Crenny? IN MY GOOD CHRISTIAN HOUSEHOLD?! Yeah, because guess what, this Crenny?? It knocks it out of the park. Blaine finally managed to convince me to read it, and even though I'm only two chapters in, I'm in love.
Like, okay, whether you're a hardcore Creek shipper or a dirty dirty multishipper, you'll love this story. It's worth it. And trust me, coming from the human who used to hate Crenny, that's saying something.
