Summary
Fox dies.
Except he doesn’t, because as soon as the creepy Sith ritual drains the last of the blood from his body, he wakes up…somewhere. Somewhere else, where, for once, he can’t feel the Emperor’s claws digging into his head every hour of the cycle.
Unfortunately, this somewhere else is so deep in the middle of nowhere that he gets picked up by a mandalorian—some asshole called Montross who quickly proves that he’d be more helpful dead, especially once Fox finds out that this shabuir wants to sell him off to the Kyr’tsad. In a final bid for freedom, Fox disposes of his would-be captor, commandeers his ship, and goes on the run from the man’s terrorist Kyr’tsad friends and his weird Haat Mando’ad coworkers.
…until the weird coworkers finally catch up to Fox.
Or: upon his death, Fox is thrown several decades into the past, lands in Mandalore’s backyard, gets himself adopted, and (mostly intentionally) alters the course of the galaxy.
Oh, and he isn’t the only vod to get tossed through time and space.

Excellent, well worth the read. Beautiful weaving together of a lot of complex worlds, people, and situations. Fantastic usingof changing pov. Realistic take on a character's reaction, not just rushing it for the sake of the reader and have the confrontation immediately. Much harder to show that and the world building they wove in to make the scenes vivid were wonderful.

Summary
Cor’s dealt with many a person in his lifetime, but he can honestly say that he has never met someone as meek and soft as Prompto Argentum. And he’s sure that most everyone who’s encountered the Prince’s friend in the Citadel will say the same. After all, the boy has a reputation for blushing whenever another human being stands within a foot of him, stuttering on every other word to anyone but Noctis, speaking so quietly sometimes that he has to repeat himself at least three times before someone can understand him, and tripping over literally nothing when people try to make eye contact with him.
“You really think that he can handle this?” Cor questions, already mentally going through what he knows of Argentum’s experience.
“I think we should give him the chance to try,” the Prince responds.
Cor heaves a sigh, “Get me an official thumbs up from your father and I’ll see what I can do.”

i don't have words for how intensely this immediately grabbed the entirety of my attention. I thought about it for days afterwards wanting to re-read it again and again. it's proven to be worth it every time. the characterization alone. don't have the words, but the worldbuilding, the complexity of the characters and the different cultures and norms and the tone and love and fear and courage and just everything is so masterfully executed. sincerest of recs for this, a must read.

Minato Namikaze wakes up six years after the devastating Kyuubi attack, alone in an overgrown clearing with not a scratch on him. Disoriented and confused, he does exactly what any father would do in this situation. He fights through the pain, gets up, and goes to find his son. He trudges through the pounding in his head and forces himself to move-- to go and find him, because that masked man was still out there, and Minato is willing to do anything to protect his little ball of sunshine.
Needless to say, the blonde kage wasn't expecting so much time to have passed. Nor is he very impressed with the way the village has been treating his son all these years.
