Summary
Harry didn't expect to run into a familiar face on the way back from an errand for his aunt, the summer before his sixth year at Hogwarts. He really didn't enjoy running into Malfoy Senior, either, regardless of the circumstances. Of course, being an active Death Eater, Harry anticipated the man's attack.
What he didn't anticipate was the vial spilled all over him, golden sand-like liquid sinking into his skin. When he woke up, well. That was something else entirely.

Harry Potter is thrown back in time to the 1940s, right before his sixth year at Hogwarts, and during the same year Tom Riddle would be attending HIS sixth year. “Did you know,” Hisashi interrupts her calmly even as he keeps tracing his finger over Izuku’s heart-flower, tracing the loops and swoops of the spider lily with infinite gentleness, “that before it was a funeral flower, back in the days before quirks and so many of the mark’s readings seemed to shift, it had another meaning?”
“It did?” Inko’s brows jump upwards in interest. It doesn’t surprise her at all that Hisashi would know something so random as a flower meaning from hundreds of years ago. His odd sense of humor and the random bits of history and knowledge he can drop into a conversation as easily as breathing were just two of the many things that had made her fall in love with him.
“Oh yes,” Hisashi hums, white hair a tousled mess and that pleased little grin of his still firmly in place as he strokes a finger over Izuku’s mark. “Once upon a time it meant something else altogether.”

By this point, Izuku feels confident in saying that there’s very little online he hasn’t seen or at least heard of in some shape or form.
So Izuku knows that if he digs deep enough there’s got to be some kind of job online he can take that won’t care that he’s young and quirkless.
All Izuku has to do is find it.
