The waiters are back almost instantly to refill their glasses and deliver the next course, which consists of poached lobster and a winter vegetable medley with a miso-sake lobster broth. It’s exquisite for several reasons, not the least of which is the sheen of melted butter Bucky can’t stop watching Steve lick from his lips with each bite. Steve appears to notice Bucky’s oral fixation and plays it up, turning toward Bucky each time he licks his lips, even rolling his eyes and giving little moans of pleasure as he chews.
It’s fucking cruel, is what it is, and Bucky’s torn between hoping the napkin in his lap will conceal his growing erection and hoping it won’t.
