Summary
It just fucking figures that of all the hunters in the city, the one who Wonwoo fucked in a seedy nightclub bathroom last spring is the one attacking his covenmates without provocation.
The hunter’s eyes widen with recognition as well. “Wonwoo?” he says sharply, arms falling limply to his side.
“Mingyu,” Wonwoo acknowledges, clenching his jaw and forcing himself to count to three before he says anything else. “I ask you again: what the fuck do you think you’re doing?”

Summary
Wonwoo doesn’t believe in holiness, could never even begin to fathom the concept when he himself is everything that goes against it, everything that is foul and ugly and wrong, but Mingyu’s kiss feels close to it, a divine promise of salvation pressed to his lips.
Death to Wonwoo, for the first time, comes unexpected. Death is a blow to his temple that has him crashing into a wall, a dagger to his stomach to finish the job. Rebirth to Wonwoo is everything that follows.
