“Agreed,” Wonder Girl replies. “Which means we definitely can’t leave them alone in an alternate universe, so we better go join them before they can screw things up too badly.”
“Yeah,” Robin agrees with a sigh. “Let’s go. I’m sure someone else can deal with this guy.”

Summary
Conner let Tim go and Tim went to his jet and flew away.
Two weeks later news spread across the costumed crimefighting community that, to everyone’s surprise, Cassandra Cain would be the next caped crusader. The silent knight was joined by the world’s greatest detective, her brother who all but vanished off the physical map, only existing inside rumours and quotes. A month later Batwoman joined the Justice League to fill the hole Batman left. It took a couple months for the Titans to completely disband to focus on their solo work. Flamebird and the rest of the Teen Titans were more than capable of defending San Francisco themselves. Two years later a new Robin rose to grace Gotham’s streets.
It was three years later. Tim Drake still hadn’t called for that party.

Watchtower County was a really tiny town composed of about one hundred by one hundred square feet of forest and maybe seven houses all compacted right next to each other. She was exaggerating of course, but to the twelve-year-old eyes of Cassandra Sandsmark, that’s what it felt like she was approaching driving through densely packed woods on the single lane road one late morning in July. All she wanted for her summer was to read comics or maybe have a little adventure, until she learns that Watchtower County is much more exciting than it appears, perhaps more exciting than she can handle.

Bruce Wayne was alive and he had to find him. Even if it meant he had to face incredibly odd challenges to do so.

No, he would not have Bruce's misguided guilt or sense of obligation force an adoption that would only strain the already fragile bond between him and Jason.
He couldn’t let that happen. And he had a plan. A genius plan.
If he had an uncle ready to adopt him, it would free Bruce of the obligation! And who better for that plan than incredibly smart, theatrically inclined, and absolutely blackmailable Edward Nygma?
But what to do when suddenly, the weekly « Make sure Nygma doesn’t get sent to Arkham for causing casualties by working on riddles together » Tuesday nights starts become less of a moral obligation, and more of a thing to look forward to?

“Baby Bird?” Jason’s voice shifted, softened into something almost fragile, as if he were speaking to a child. Maybe, in his eyes, Tim was exactly that. The familiar nickname—so wrong, so tender—sent a tremor down Tim’s spine. Jason never called him that. Jason never spoke to him with warmth.
Jason hated Tim.
He shut his eyes tight, praying this was just a cruel dream. But then warm hands cupped his face, grounding him. A metallic clatter echoed through the cave, sharp and final. The gun had hit the floor.
“No, no, no—don’t close those blue eyes, Baby Bird. Look at me,” this time Jason’s voice cracked into a plea. Every word trembled with fear, with a need that made Tim’s chest tighten painfully. Tim bit down on a sob, the taste of salt and blood filling his mouth, forcing himself to lift his gaze and meet the toxic green fire of Jason’s eyes once more. He could feel the tremor in Jason’s hands, the way his knees pressed into the cold floor, and it made his own body ache with tension.

Tim wakes up in Gotham, which looks too foreign, but he finds a home there.

Will he probably get hurt trying to get this kid to a safe place, Yes absolutely so instead he just dumps money on the kid good luck to him to figure out who his father is because Tim is too tired to think straight.

No one knew who the third Robin was, not even Batman. Why is it, then, that the Waynes so interested in Timothy Drake? And why now, of all times?
OR: The Batfamily have been trying to lure Agent C back into the family ever since he ran away. It's a slow-going process. In the meantime, Damian has latched onto Timothy Drake, and is teaming up with Dick to try and adopt him. Whether he wants to be adopted or not.
