im so happy right now. i was JUST talking to my friends about the comedic potential that comes with zosan and just the concept of: what if allat they had going was attraction because wouldnt that be so fucking funny. and it is!! i giggled so many times because of this fic. its so well-written? very in character, and i will ALWAYS love an outsider pov fic. matchmaker usopp is the best one there is and if you make one for frobin i would be delighted.

The swordsman tilts his head back from the table, a sleepy grin on his features as he thumbs towards Nami’s plate, “You won’t deliver it?”
“Get it yourself, Moss,” Sanji retorts, wiping the excess crumbs from his skillet in preparation for the next meal.
Zoro pins him with a petulant scowl, “but I thought you loved me?”
Sanji nearly flips the whole skillet, his thumb barely keeping the handle from upending as he jolts. “I- what?”
“Last night,” Zoro grins, pillowing his fist in his cheek, “when you were drunk off your ass. You said you loved me.”
Nami cuts a delighted gasp off with her own palm. There’s an aborted cough from Jinbei.

if this was on purpose i shall cherish this fic with all the love in the world even more bc crimson and cornflower are the complimentary colors to zoro and sanji's respective hair colors <33 like what a neat detail
also!!! really great worldbuilding i love when even ship fics try to expand on the world around them to immerse the audience further and create a more coherent visual/story. like the characters all doing their own shit and the overall characterization being quite endearing :)
this was super cute and i LOVE imagining winter scenes so thank you kindly for this wonderful fic. need the winter rn in this hot ass summer im dedealing with😭😭🙏

this was genuinely so well written. i've always stayed away from explicit fics but the premise here intrigued me so i suppose this is goodbye to my fanfiction virginity 😭😭
but on the topic of writing, i genuinely loved how well this was done! there was some very obvious attention to detail when it comes to characterization, since everything felt relatively in character within the context of the modern setting. you captured the characters well while still being able to ideally and logically insert them into your version of the modern au!!
and especially the world of this i love a lot. i really enjoyed how there wasn't any explicit explanation within the story, and that the readers are just meant to interpret the different shops or world mechanics that the characters bring up. this is like a show dont tell but you wrote it and the showing is in my head.
like, for example, with senshi's restaurant i was easily able to conclude the premise of it upon even hearing about the shop, and i was grateful that it wasn't actually explained and was just used for the purpose of fitting characters into the world and the story!! and of course the whole dildo stuff, like of course there would be monster dildos in this universe.
and then i'd also like to mention how well the build up was between laios and kabru!! it starts off as a sort of parasocial relationship, but laios upon officially recognizing and conversing with kabru is beleiveably attracted to him.
my point is; the writing is on POINT bossman and i would love to see more of this modern au you've written about here!! whether that be with labru, another pairing, or even a general perspective. i like how senshi's shop is still slightly taboo but not rioted upon, or how magic is an undergrad and a general part of education. everything was integrated really well and im absolutely astounded. thanks for the good read 👍 👍

oh my god. like the way this fic depicts the love between the two not as a "crush" but just an overwhelming sense of pure love and enjoyment too :(
like calling it a crush in other fics is fine to me!! but sometimes it feels childish and a bit immature for yknow two adult men. this just gives off a completely different energy and i love it so much.
