Hiruko knew what was coming next. She didn't know why it was happening or why she knew it was going to happen, but she knew. And yet, despite knowing the consequences that were sure to result from her actions, she responded, "If it'll get you to focus, then we'll figure it out. But you have to tell me what's wrong first."
That offered him no comfort. The pain in his voice was evident as he attempted to put on a confident front. "I just need—something's wrong with my body, or my head, and...I've been trying to control it, but lately, it's scary when I do it alone. But I need it. If you're here, I think I can...God, how do I even—"
Hiruko pushed her glasses up on her nose, more of a nervous tic than an intimidating gesture. "Are you asking if you can masturbate in front of me, Sumino?"
(Takumi suffers the repercussions of a loop he doesn't fully remember. Hiruko is there for him, as always.)

“I could kill you,” Yugamu says, barely audible, “Right now. Take my time with it, make it slow. Make it last.”
Or, Takumi doesn't turn Yugamu down when he asks if he can stay the night.
