this whole fic is fucking incredible. iconic. i think about it often and it's really changed how i approach half life fan stuff. i think it's such a fun premise and this fic utilizes so much of that potential. it's a complete fucking joy and that last line of chapter 6 KILLS ME because i was not expecting it to go this far.
