Mydei isn’t familiar with the feeling of being sick.
His immortal body is more than capable of fighting off any illness he contracts, and if it ever can’t, he can simply reset his body back to perfect condition.
He isn’t a fool though. Plenty of his men had fallen ill in the past, and Mydei would do anything before giving up on them. Thanks to this, he’s had more than enough experience tending to the sick and injured before.
He’s just never dealt with a sick Deliverer before.

Summary
Childe comes home from Fontaine after finding out from the hydro dragon that he was pregnant with Zhonglis kids(yes, not one but two). However he doesn’t expect to be welcomed home with his boyfriend hugging another woman and the travelled pointing a sword to his neck threatening him to not ruin Zhonglis reunion with his true lover.
It’s wasn’t unexpected when Childe easily agreed to break up with Zhongli and for him to return to Snezhnaya.
Xiao also doesn’t expect to miss the ginger haired harbinger he’d subconsciously now considered a motherly figure. (Childe accepts being a mother figure to xiao because not only was he basically a mother figure to his siblings, he also thought Xiao deserved to have a mom and dad not just a dad, though now it’s just a dad again)
