“Yeah! You know how a goukon is usually for people to meet possible love interests? Well, who says it can’t be for friends, too, right?” Tendou insisted.
When an extrovert adopts an introvert as their friend, they want the introvert to expand themselves and increase their 'friend'base, or at least, that's what Tendou and Suga want for their friends. After sending a message out about a 'friendship goukon', where you can send your introverted friends to meet possible new companions, they manage to get some of Haikyuu's most introverted characters to hang out together, with the hopes that this will all end with new, established relationships!

In their third year of Inarizaki, a few months short of graduation, the Miya twins had a fight. No one knows what it was about, but they were no longer talking. Close to a month of radio silence from both ends, Suna and Ginjima gives up and reaches out to their old Inarizaki seniors to hopefully, tackle the issue and settle things down before it gets worse.

“Well, yeah, but also beyond that! Wakatoshi-kun, we are going to graduate soon and in the real world, it’s difficult to split people into the group of ‘volleyball players’ and ‘non-volleyball players’. In the real world, you have to try and make connections and friends.”

Tokoyami is kind and brave, but he's also wrong. Hawks isn't a good person, and his wings are and back are weighed down by the things he has done; all for the sake of the mission.
But, Hawks swore, if he could have done things differently, he would have. If Hawks couldn't do it, maybe Keigo could.

Sometimes Leon thinks back on his years with Rose and it feels as though he can barely hold on to the shape of it all. It morphs and twists, even as he tries to grasp it between his fingertips, turning itself inside-out and outside-in again until he’s spinning himself in circles.
One minute he’ll be thinking about being showered with compliments after a championship battle when he was twelve - about Rose clapping a hand on his shoulder warmly and making Leon feel like the most amazing person in the whole world. The next minute he’ll be flashing back to the press conference afterwards - to feeling shaky and overwhelmed and short of breath. He’ll remember that same voice, the one that had been so kind before, impatiently telling him to calm down, for heaven’s sake, Leon, and get on with it.
