Meanwhile, Ainnisa sets out to find out if Solas is one of the Gods in the best way she knows how, namely - incessant goading.
When he’s had enough of her snickering, Solas opens his mouth to speak, but she cuts him off.
“Are you a god?” she asks, and he freezes, jaw ajar.
The shock passes quickly though and is replaced by coldness throughout his frame and face. He narrows his eyes and tilts his head as if he is the one provoking. “If I am, would that mean anything to you?”
“Why yes. I might consider praying to you. I may even leave you little gifts and beg for your favor. Would that please you?”
“As you wish. But to you, I make no promise I shall ever answer.”
