“So, what do yellow tulips mean?”
Jisung blinked as he turned to look at Minho, the elder wearing an amused smirk as he stared down at him, his lip ring glinting in the light overhead. It was an innocent question, yet something Jisung had never expected to come from the older man.
“Uh,” Jisung said dumbly, “friendship. F-friendship and joy."
Minho hummed, twirling a single tulip stem around in his fingers that Jisung didn’t realize he’d been holding. “Am I not joyful enough, Jisung-ah?”
(or: Jisung unintentionally courts Minho, who he's been pining over for as long as he can remember. Maybe it's a little intentional.)

“Shit, shit— fuck, holy shit that hurts.” Jisung hissed, trying not to jostle the arrow literally lodged in his thigh muscle.
“Shit.”
Jisung’s eyes shot up at the sound, landing on a young man with dark, messy hair and equally dark eyes that were wide in shock.
“You’re not a Hollow.”
“Yeah, no shit.” Jisung snapped, his attention torn between the pain in his leg and the man who caused it. “Now are you gonna help me fix what you caused, or just stand there like an idiot?”
“Y-you’re not a Hollow.” The man simply repeated, his eyes fixed on his own arrow that sunk deep into Jisung’s flesh.
Jisung rolled his eyes. “I’m gonna end up Hollow food if you don’t get over here and help me.”
or: Minho hasn’t seen a living human in over a year. What does he do when he finally does? He shoots them. Newsflash, they’re not very happy about it.

Summary

Summary
Jisung looked at the egg and then back up at Minho. He seemed amused, his lips turned up in the corners. “And why are you giving me an egg?”
“Don’t people like eggs?” Minho asked dumbly. “You can cook with them and use them in different recipes.” His hand was slightly quivering, holding the stupid egg out like an idiot. When he was helping gather eggs for the kitchens earlier, he saw the egg with the prettiest blue shell and wanted to show Jisung since it was so different from all the regular, white ones.
Felix told him to give the omega things that made him think about him, after all. But judging by Jisung’s expression, maybe he didn’t mean everything he sees.

“Better,” Changbin says. “They don’t give off scent unless they want to, but when they choose to? Everyone folds. Doesn’t matter if you’re Alpha, Omega or Beta. Instinct just gives up.”
A tightness settles under Jisung’s ribs. “That sounds terrifying.”
“That’s the point.” Changbin grins. “Some people even say an Enigma can mate with an Alpha.”
Jisung chokes, a small, startled sound that he tries to cover with a cough.
Minho has been acting strange lately, and Jisung is determined to get to the bottom of it.

She’s not sure how she managed to pull a girl like Minhee. Sheer dumb luck. Right time, right place. Pity, probably. Jisung can make people feel sorry for her if she widens her eyes a little. She doesn’t usually go around rizzing people up. She mostly just says “skrr” and panics. Hyunjin says it’s off-putting. (But what the fuck does he know, when she said skrr at least three times on their way to the bar and Minhee still wants to—)
Anyway, she needs to leave this bathroom soon, before Minhee comes looking for her. Or worse, before Minhee decides she can do better and leaves.
She can do this. She’s seen Minhee naked.

After being thrown backwards by the impact, he tried to look over his shoulder to make sure he wasn’t going to hit anything before he re-initiated his jets, but something caught his eye.

There, in the middle of the crowd, stood HYH’s son staring at him with huge eyes.
Jisung, Minho reminded himself. Then his back slammed into a brick wall.
Minho is the son of one of the most notorious villains in the city. Somehow, he gets himself involved with the son of his mother’s archenemy.

He places the cup on the counter and looks frantically inside the bag, moving papers and notebooks around, but it doesn’t matter how much he searches, his wallet isn’t there.
He sighs, cheeks burning in embarrassment and turns back to her with an apologetic smile, he opens his mouth to tell her that he forgot his wallet when an arm extends beside him, hand brushing his own arm and holding a credit card for her.
“I’ll pay for him.” A low voice says from behind him, very close to his ear.
Felix stares at the sun kissed hand in bewilderment for a moment before looking at the cashier that seems just as surprised as him, she stares at the person behind him with wide eyes. He turns around to see who his benefactor is and freezes at the sight of him.
Oh god, he’s the most beautiful person he has ever seen.
The guy is taller than him with long black hair and black eyes, his skin is golden, like he had just come back from the beach, he’s wearing skinny black jeans with biker boots and a red sweater with a black leather jacket on top, he’s holding a helmet in the hand that’s not currently extended, plump lips curled into a half smile.
Felix feels his breath catch on his throat.

Summary
Light steps sound in the kitchen and he hears the fire being fed. Her scent also hits him, clear and warm and fucking delicious.
Minho gets up then, as quietly as he can and counting on her being distracted. He approaches the kitchen in the dark, already seeing the figure bending over the counter.
He meant to talk right away, but the vision is so surprising that it renders him mute.
It is not a woman that he sees. The person—the omega—in front of him has broad shoulders and thick arm muscles, and the light of the fire shines on his face and neck, revealing a protrusion that goes up and down every time he swallows, complementing the sharp jawline and the beautiful side profile. Breathtaking.

"What do you mean you found a ferret? Just leave it alone," Jisung sighed heavily into the phone. "Why are you freaking out about the ferret?"
Felix didn't even think there were ferrets in the wild - he hadn't even thought about their existence besides when one was directly in front of his face. So, he thought about ferrets very little in his life. But now, the little white creature was staring at him from inside of a bush, teeth bared as Felix tried to put out his hand and 'pspsps' at it like he does to Minho's cats.
"Why is there one out here? I don't want to just leave it out here - it's cold! What if it dies? Then I'll have a ferret death on my conscience! What if it haunts me?" Felix argued.
In which Felix finds an abandoned ferret and brings it home, not knowing it was a ferret that could (sometimes) turn into a(n extremely attractive) man.

Summary
Changbin brings Hyunjin up with Minho, too, when Miyoung is washing up before bed upstairs. He’s a master of subtlety, though. He says that if they need him to pick her up from school, he’s available.
Minho narrows his eyes at him, the same exact way Miyoung did earlier.
“You were practically crying when I asked you earlier,” he points out. And before Changbin can respond to that, say that he was just unfamiliar with how easy it was, the realization dawns on Minho and he grins like the devil. “You think the teacher’s hot, don’t you?”
Changbin splutters.
(When Minho asks Changbin to pick his daughter up from school, Changbin expects it to be slightly anxiety-inducing, but otherwise uneventful. What he doesn’t expect is to fall head over heels and develop a debilitating crush on Miyoung’s Arts teacher, Hyunjin.)
