“You look like you're about to bolt,” Shinsou said, his low voice soothing Bakugo as it always had.
“It’s just... a lot," Bakugo lied. “It's a lot of Christmas spirit for a sex club,” he replied, uncharacteristically nervous.
Shinsou smirked, leaning in close, sensing the hesitancy in his friend. “You know you're safe with me, Katsuki. Always.”

After some pestering, Katsuki begrudgingly became Ochako’s dog sitter for the week. It’s not that he had a problem with the mutt. Mochi was adorable, and even he had grown to care for the energetic Dalmatian. Not that he would ever let Ochako know he had a soft spot for the dog. Still, he had put up a front, ultimately accepting to take care of his best friend’s dog for her in exchange for free dinner.
That’s how he changed his routine and took his morning jogs near a dog park so he could take Mochi with him. It was also there that he saw the most beautiful man he had ever seen walking his own dog—a redhead with beautiful red eyes similar to his own. If only someone like that were his soulmate.

Summary
It never really bothered Katsuki that he doesn't have the best of relationships with his parents, but right now it's the worst thing that ever happened and Katsuki doesn't know how to handle it at all.
Especially since Hitoshi brought him home to meet Aizawa and Yamada and they were so welcoming.
So welcoming in fact that they told him he can always call or come over, no matter if Hitoshi is there as well and Katsuki's hand twitches towards his phone. It's been a few weeks since that first dinner, but those words still ring clear in Katsuki's ears. He hasn't contacted them on his own yet, but he thinks now might be a good time as any to try and test this.
And if they are not as welcoming as they promised, he can always argue that this is Hitoshi's place as well and explain himself like that.
They don't have to know that he doesn't really have a father to call.

Summary
There are undeniable nerves churning in Hitoshi's gut. He let Katsuki decide their first scene, mostly because he's still not certain what Katsuki is comfortable with and what not, despite the required reading he had to do and this just seemed safer.
For whom, he's not quite sure, because Hitoshi fears that he would have psyched himself out of a scene if he had enough time to do so, simply out of fear that it doesn't work, that they are not compatible, that neither of them get what they want from it and that their relationship is going to crumble right there in front of him, one measly scene enough to ruin the best thing he ever had.
So, it was much easier to have Katsuki do the planning and then simply trust in him, which is easy.
Trusting Katsuki is something that almost comes instinctually to Hitoshi these days.

Summary
He feels disoriented and panicked and he doesn't have enough brain power left to realise where he's going until he's in front of a painfully familiar door.
Hitoshi falls against it, more than he leans against the doorframe and for a long moment, he fears that he can't even manage to bring his hands up to knock, but before the desperation can swallow him whole, he manages it.
If barely.
The knock is weak, even to his own ears and he's afraid he'll have to do it again, that his first attempt wasn't heard at all, but then the support which he needs to stand up is being yanked away and Hitoshi falls forward, into a muscular chest.
"What the fuck, eggplant," Katsuki gets out as he rushes to stabilise him, and when Hitoshi is almost comfortably leaning against his shoulder, he dares to close his eyes because he's safe.
He's always safe with Katsuki.
