“I’m sorry you’re stuck here with me,” said Ghost.
Soap, mouth falling open at the apology, turned to Ghost to say something. Anything. It’s alright. You should be. I don’t mind it, if it’s you.
None of this actually made it out and Ghost beat him to the punch. “What the fuck movie is this, MacTavish?”
Soap turned in time to see Tom Hanks appear. But it wasn’t quite Tom Hanks, something was wrong with his-
Oh. Soap laughed. “This is Polar Express! It’s my sister’s favorite.”“What’s wrong with him?”
“It’s a cartoon.” Soap yawned and thought about what he’d just said. “But…not really.”
“I hate it.”
“Like me to change it, sir?”
“...No.”

Soap's been shipped out to a safehouse in the Canadian Wilderness alone, except then Ghost shows up, but maybe Soap wasn't supposed to be shipped out in the first place? And Soap's been running on zero sleep and pure angst since they left Chicago. 'Tis the season.

“Hey, Si, you okay?”
It was spoken so softly against his shoulder that a new set of tears flooded his eyes, but he blinked them away and swallowed. Then he smiled a little. “Jeg tror det.”
Soap pulled back, which Simon hated even if he expected it, and looked at him with narrowed eyes. They softened a little when they landed on his tear streaked cheeks, but his expression was still of mild frustration. “‘Speak English’”, he quoted, imitating his accent, and Simon snorted.

Katsuki jolted, and his face burned as fingers trailed along the exposed skin of his back under his cape, a warm arm wrapping around his waist and tugging him the short distance into an equally-warm side. He looked up at Kirishima, the redhead already looking back at Katsuki with his usual cheerful smile as he tilted his head. “This okay?” He drummed his fingers along Katsuki’s waist to indicate what he meant.
“Fine,” Katsuki mumbled, and he quickly looked away to hide the red flush high on his cheeks.
And that was his other…situation.

When dragon instincts make Kirishima act super cuddly, Bakugou decides to roll with it to help his friend. He doesn't expect to fall in love with him in the process.

The kitchen was where Katsuki thrived. Barking orders and overseeing dishes before they went out; always on time, always perfect, always dependable. Cooking was something he could understand. It came naturally to him.
Kids? Katsuki hated them. Well, he didn’t hate them, he just didn’t understand them. Especially not Kota; the angry eyed, bad tempered kid Ochako adopted years ago. So why was he suddenly the one taking care of him? Katsuki didn’t know what to do with him. He wasn’t good with kids. Especially grieving, angry, rude kids. He had a full time job. And anger issues. And R rated movies. Why anyone thought this was a good idea, he didn’t know.
Just because he had a kid to take care of now didn't mean he'd forgotten how to do his job, though. So why did his boss feel the need to hire a new chef? One with red hair, at that. Who played goddamn opera in Katsuki's kitchen like it was okay and smiled like he was having fun.
Nobody played music in his kitchen. No one asked Katsuki personal questions while he was cooking. No one asked him to hang out outside of work. So why was this new guy doing exactly that? And why was Katsuki struggling to turn him down?
