When Jason comes out of the Pit, trauma and a years-old misunderstanding make for an unfortunate combination as he learns other children have fallen under Batman's influence. Now a trained and highly skilled assassin, he will do anything to protect his newest siblings from the demons of his past... Honestly, this would all be a lot easier if everybody just made sure they were talking about the same thing.
Or: a years-old secret leads to Jason kidnapping the Robins to save them from a not-so-evil Batman who just wants his children to be safe.

Summary
Tim's dad is dead, killed by a boomerang to the chest, and Tim is an orphan now. He knows Bruce would adopt him if needed but he couldn't possibly impose himself on the Wayne's more than he already has. It's okay though, because he has a plan for this, he just needs someone to play the role of his estranged "Uncle Eddie".
Except... the guy he hires is weirdly concerned about his well being and Tim can't figure out why.
Meanwhile, Jason Todd is forced to reevaluate his plans for his debut as Red Hood, because, as it turns out, his replacement is a suicidal idiot who can't be trusted to stay out of trouble.
OR
Tim Drake fails to recognize Jason Todd, back from the dead, and hires him to be his Uncle Eddie to avoid getting adopted by Batman. Somehow this ruins everyone's plans.

Words and numbers blur together, and Tim starts to think that maybe he should just put this one to the side and deal with it after a few hours of sleep. Those thoughts vanish as the overhead lights go out. Instantly on alert, he gropes under his desk for the collapsed bo staff hidden there.
Hands grab him from behind, yanking his arms out and around the back of his chair in a rough hold. “Ah, ah, ah, Timmers,” a familiar voice chides. “I wouldn’t do that if I were you.”
It’s Jason.
Rather than relaxing him, Tim struggles harder. If he’s here, then that means Dick is too.

Nightwing finally lets go of Tim to peel off his own mask. Turning to him, Dick grins, bright and all too beautiful, then raises his brows, dark blue eyes dancing. “Well, what do you say, Timmy? You willing to date me for justice?” And the smiling idiot winks, obviously totally unaware of what he’s really asking.
Spending time with Dick on a regular basis can be torture, considering the man’s tactile nature and innate charm. Having him actually seem to return Tim’s romantic interest? Yeah, this is going to be a nightmare of sweet temptation. Tim sighs, seeing his doom for what it is. Then he huffs a quiet laugh. “Well, if it’s for justice…”
This whole plan is insane. Guess I might as well lean into the crazy.

Bruce, like every self-respecting young Gothamite did, pretended to be a decent human being for as long as he was in the presence of his driving instructors. It’s been years and hundreds of speeding tickets since then, and that’s without even mentioning his handling of the Batmobile.
Now, it’s Dick’s turn. Having just turned sixteen, he can finally apply for a driver’s license (legally). The problem?
Dick, who basically grew up in the front seat of the Batmobile, has no benchmark for what is considered ‘normal’ driving.
Alternatively; Dick Grayson is finally allowed to take his driving test. There are casualties involved.

Dick climbed to his feet so he would less vulnerable in case the scientist they had been fighting decided to fire again. But this place was most definitely wasn't the poorly lit lab the man had built in his basement.
In fact, Dick was now standing on top of the Gotham Museum of Arts, right by the the glass window ceiling that should've been cemented over about four villain attacks ago. He turned to Tim, who was looking at him through a set of goggles that was almost a copy of Catwoman's, not to mention the leather beanie with the cat ears attached. That and the skin tight lather suit ghat Dick was filing away to think about later lest his brain short-circuited in this moment, was enough of a clue that he most definitely wasn't where he had been just moments before. The question was: did he go forward in time or was he in a different universe?
