Summary
There's a list of things that Eden wanted to promise Lenny in this world: Love, for one. A place to sleep, another. Food, water, and peace the most of any item or concept. The bare minimum could barely be assured when it came to this post-apocalyptic cityscape.
Regardless: None of those things were ever going to be 'safety' or 'luxury', no matter how much Eden tried...Or, atleast, they weren't meant to be.
The world only ever gets more dangerous and his only relationships ever the most tumultous. Fighting two sensations inside him: one familiar and soft, the other sharp and aching, Eden becomes the unwitting middleman of a gift exchange between the two most important people in his life as violence and injury threatens to tear his world apart.

He sees himself facepalm in a way that's entirely uncanny and nothing like him.
“That’s my body,” Says BB, through the voice of his Team Leader, numb and listless.
BB… No, STL replies, “and that's my body."
He sighs.
“Of course it had to happen to us.”

The thing is, he wasn’t any good at drawing. He tried, anyways. To illustrate her. To put something up of her face, to always remember her by – to have a small corner of golden sunlight always shine in one part of this shitty world.
CH - Eden - just wants to draw Lenny. He can't draw. Freshman helps him out.

“Kill yourself before I do it for you.”
CH doesn't answer. BB sees him shiver violently, hands shaking, shoulders rising with heavy breaths. His hands limply grasp at his helmet, as if to push it off – too weak to do so, limp-fingered – before falling to brace against BB’s chest, curling over. Legs splayed across his hips, grinding on him.
This place only ever gets crazier.
BB and CH wander off on their own and find themselves in some trouble.

“Just a one-time transaction, y’see,” the merchant drawls, swaying back and forth on his heels. Metal chimes ring out with the movement, his wares clinking together inside his coat. “We fix up your gun nice and pretty, and you offer us a bit of... relief, if you catch our drift.”
(Leon needs some upgrades, and doesn't have the money to spare.)

Summary
1933. New Orleans.
Vincent Whittman’s assignment (punishment) seems simple enough: recruit Mr. Alastor Hartfelt, the city’s famed radio star.
But his trip derails the moment he meets the man dressed in a smile too sharp, with secrets too deep, and a presence that hums with something far beyond him.
One broken ritual binds them for decades, pulling them back to each other again and again, to the one soul neither can quite break away from.
