Or: Bernard doesn't like lying to Tim, so he needs Tim to admit he's Robin. Clearly, the only logical solution is to annoy Tim via conspiracy theories. Connor gets caught in the crossfire, sort of.

Tim just wanted to get some coffee with his boyfriend. That was all he wanted. He didn't want to get involved with this - with this conspiracy, he didn't want to help Bernard prove that Conner was superboy, he didn't want to get involved with this at all because it was a bad idea-
Unfortunately, Tim had never been good at saying no to Bernard. So here he was. Trying to help Bernard prove that Conner was, in fact, Superboy, while also trying desperately to keep the fact that Conner was actually Superboy a secret. Also, his boyfriend seems to have a weird obsession with his best friends' muscles. That one might actually be less of an issue though.
God, Jason was going to laugh so hard when he inevitably found out about this. Fuck.

Look, this entire situation was in no way his fault.
Ranboo didn’t want to save the world. He’d much rather be at home, with his cat, eating some pasta, but no. He was helping someone who was not too long ago a complete stranger to him overthrow his evil parent and save his best friend - who Ranboo had never met - from certain peril.
And if that wasn’t enough, the heroes were after them too. Of course, things could be worse.
At that, hundreds of cosmic entities laughed in his face. Way to tempt fate, idiot.

Without waiting for a reaction or reply, the man bore down on the gas and peeled down the highway, leaving Buck stranded in the middle of nowhere somewhere along Interstate 10.
And as Buck watched the red brake lights of his Jeep disappear into the distance, clutching his prescription of blood thinners tightly to his chest... there was really only one thing left to do. Tilting his head back until he was staring at the stars, he took a deep breath and screamed into the night:

The first two nights, Harry sleeps like the dead— or, well, maybe that's not the best comparison, given the number of inferi attacks reported lately.
He sleeps like a log. Like a dead log. An un-re-animated dead log. From an everyday, inanimate, non-whomping tree.
After that, Harry wakes up screaming more nights than not, and he even cries on the bad ones, which makes James cry too. In this regard, James reckons that his first week of parenting a full-grown teenage adult bears an awful lot of resemblance to parenting a newborn baby. He feels both blessed and terrifyingly out of his depth.
