Summary
Vulcan winters are cold, but the people are colder still. Leonard McCoy is three weeks into a one-year residency in the best damned hospital in the Alpha Quadrant and he doesn’t know how he’ll survive. The Vulcans seem to find him distasteful at best, utterly ignorable at worst. He feels lonely and lost until his roommate M’Benga takes him down to the market just for something to do.
