Will needs a date to his mom's wedding. Mike volunteers.
“I have an idea,” says Mike.
Ice cubes form in Will’s stomach. “How dangerous is it? Like, should I call Dustin to talk you down, or should I call Nancy to be ready to drive us to the hospital?”
“No,” says Mike, “you can’t tell anyone or it won’t work.”
“Or what won’t work?” Will asks. It’s like picking up a rock you know a spider will be under.
Mike gets up and closes Will’s door. Hopper doesn’t make them keep it open but sometimes Will does anyway, because every now and then lying around alone with Mike on his bed just makes his chest ache too much. If the door is open he can tell himself You can’t do anything right now, someone will see.
Mike leans back against the door. His eyes are lit up with that special maniacal gleam that the Wheelers get right before they do something insane, like when Nancy says, “Then we have to go kill Vecna ourselves,” or whatever. “Take me to the wedding,” says Mike.
“Yeah,” says Will slowly, “you’ll be at the wedding. Obviously.”

Summary
Now that Will’s sitting and Mike’s the one that’s standing, he looks impossibly tall. Tall and lanky, and huge. He should sit back down, Will thinks, lay back down next to Will and stay in their own secluded little bubble.
“I really want to kiss you,” Mike says, and Will’s eyes snap back up to his so violently he thinks he hears his own neck crack with the force of it.
“Don’t,” Will croaks, before his brain has even processed the words. “Don’t say that.”
“Okay,” Mike says easily, still staring. And what the actual fuck is going on? Is Will hallucinating? Is the weed making him hallucinate? “So sausage and pepperoni?”
Will stares dumbly at him. “Um - yeah. Yes.”
“Cool,” Mike replies and then just turns around and leaves Will sitting dumbly in his own room.

Mike and Will get high on Jonathan’s weed and Mike has an amazing idea.

Summary
Ash returns to his hometown Kanto after his championship in Alola, and his next task is to become the new Professor's "Research Fellow". Before he knows it, he is companions with a boy named Gou, and they get along much better than expected.
Eventually, Gou realizes that there's something he has to hide from Ash. No biggie, right? But the further along they explore every region, it becomes too much of a problem. How in the world is he supposed to control it? It's only a matter of time before everything crashes down around him.
(In which I loosely follow the Pokemon Journeys plot but rewrite Gou to how I hoped he would be and add a twist of my own! I really really don't like the way the anime decided to portray him and I feel he deserves better than that.)

“I could’ve,” Dream admits. “So many times.”
Sapnap stays quiet a moment, and while Dream sniffles, the little girl in his lap turns, taps against his face like the tears are common. Dream kisses at her hand, promises her he is okay. He acts like nothing is wrong. Like Sapnap isn’t crying in front of him too, when he should be scolding Dream.
“Why didn’t you?” Sapnap asks as he swipes the back of his hand over his nose. “I mean, not even George?”
The mention of their other friend brings Dream into a new reality. Soft, brown, messy hair on his screen, a grin that laughs and cheeks that turn rosy any time Dream teases him. A light squeal into his headset at the late hours of the night, once Dream is alone in his tranquility. George, the rough paper that sands Dream down. Warm, fluffy bread. Fuck, Dream thinks.
Dream decides to tell his friends about his daughter right before they move in.

"Karl," George called.
"No, I hate them," Karl said adamantly. "It's not a coincidence anymore and they're making my life really hard."
"I suppose," George said.
"Until we get an explanation, they're assholes," Karl nodded. "Three times. Punz said it, three times in the last- two weeks?"

When your soulmate bleeds, you bleed. Just the visuals. You don't get hurt, you don't feel the pain, but for a second there, you will know that they're going through, and as soon as it happens, the blood disappears.
Now, when you're a surgeon and your soulmate bleeds every time you have a trauma come in (such as a drive-by shooting and other crime-related stuff) you tend to question what the hell they're doing with their lives. And if they have some kind of involvement in the traumas.

He watches the way George’s eyelashes flutter at the contact, watches the way his hair falls in front of his eyes, hooded and cast towards Dream. Chest heaving and lips kissed red.
George’s left hand lightly touches his knee, and he’s reminded for a moment of George’s soft touches before this all happened.
He can’t go back to that again. Can’t even fathom only having George touch him like a friend when he’s capable of so much more.
(Or, Dream finds out the hard way that George is a lot more touchy than he expected. Feelings arise!)

Dream reaches out for his drink that George has made, brings it to his lips, takes a sip and immediately winces, burning his tongue on the hot liquid. He looks incriminatingly at George.
Once his hands are free, Dream reaches over and nudges George's shoulder under the guise of payback.
"Are you trying to kill me?!" His tongue burns. He sticks it out to cool it. George giggles, teeth on display. Smile so big his eyes disappear with it.
"Obviously I wasn't, it's clearly still hot." George readjusts himself, this time so he's a little closer. His hoodie gets pulled across his shoulders when he moves, exposing one of his collarbones.
Yeah, Dream confirms. You are trying to kill me.
(Or, 4 times George accidentally hurts Dream and the 1 time he makes up for it.)
