He didn’t walk about provocatively, dress in revealing or even form fitting clothes, he didn’t do anything to earn the wagging tongues and hungry eyed stares Jon knew followed him about Castle Black like a clinging shadow. Satin wore mismatched black leathers, thick heavy cloaks trimmed with matted black furs, and beaten patched-up woolen tunics to drive away the worst of the bitter chill like any other brother of the Night’s Watch. It still wasn’t enough to mask what was simply inherent to him – that he was beautiful.
(Jon is no fool. He knows he wants Satin. He knows it's wrong but he can't help it. And Jon can only resist for so long.)

Julian doesn’t want to break character, so allows Garak to escalate his erotic domination towards the point of no return – yet Garak won’t go any further with their roleplay without clear consent. "Well, I walked right into that one." Julian reached over and clinked his glass against Garak's. "Cheers, darling."
It's an affectation, Garak knows. It doesn't mean anything, but the word still cuts through him like a laser scalpel.

He pulls out his dagger, and Gale makes another little abortive noise. Oh, he supposes it is rather large, isn’t it. All the better to stab people. Less useful for precision Gale extraction.
“Look, it’s this or an even bigger knife,” Astarion says, with only the faintest sliver of contrition. He sighs. “You know I know my way around a blade, Gale. You’re just going to have to trust me.”
