The version of V in this story is the same one as "Relic of The Past" down to the backstory and the way she lived her life, with the only difference being the ending she received. This is not canonical to that universe but instead in its own pocket.

Post Tower ending Fix It.
V couldn't bring herself to turn Songbird in, she understood she was just trying to survive on while on the brink of death, after a life of being used, abused and manipulated, her Freedom stripped and Twisted into a living weapon. V would have done the same thing in her position.
The pair of dying women shared a bond no one else in this world would understand. Surprisingly Reed lets them go.
Eventually V watched the shuttle take off and Accepts her fate. Johnny took that time to self reflect, he had noticed her sacrifice and would follow the same path.
Days Later a certain someone "convinced" Myers that V is owed the cure she was promised for saving the President's life.The surgery doesn't pan out as promised. V wakes up to find 2 years have passed her by in what felt like a minute, and learns the complications of her new life, forced to abandon the old one. V still felt as if something was off, like she wasn't given the full truth. Her distrust in the FIA leaves her skeptical of the aftermath.
This is probably going to be my longest running story and a slow burn, but I promise You'll all get that ending I mentioned in the tags!

Eivor hesitated once they were standing before the closed door, but Randvi walked right for it, opening it and slipping inside. Eivor followed her, drawn like a moth to flame.
Inside, the chamber was dimly lit, glowing warmly in the light of a fireplace and several scattered candles. Soma was sprawled in a chair by the fire, reading a letter in one hand. She’d already shed her armor, now dressed only in a pair of dark linen pants and a blue shirt cuffed to the elbows.
She looked up when they came in. “So both of you have come? I had hoped for as much. One of you would have sated my appetite, but I’d much prefer the pair of you.”

Eivor strode inside. A woman in slim black slacks and a tucked-in blue button down shirt was standing by the front desk. “Hello ma’am. Sorry to keep you waiting, I-” Eivor stopped short as the woman turned around. “Randvi?”
“Eivor?” Randvi’s eyes glanced down Eivor’s form before flicking back up to their face. “I hardly recognize you.” She let out a little laugh. “Although you were what, only 14 when I saw you last?”

When news comes out that Raven Ridge State Park is under threat of development, journalist Randvi travels back to her small hometown with the intent of writing an article about the closure. This is supposed to be a short trip to visit with her sister and remind herself why she left in the first place. However, she doesn't account for the head park ranger to be none other than Eivor, who tagged along with her and Sigurd twelve years ago in high school. Together, they come up with a plan to save the park, but Randvi's time back home is running out. They'll both have to decide what they want and what they're willing to do for it. Can they find a way back to each other in all the uncertainty?
