Summary
It's barely a day after he moves into the Hazbin Hotel that the worst happens: Sir Pentious' shed comes early. About to be at his most vulnerable for an entire week and still unsure of his newfound companions, Pentious does his best to hide his condition, while simultaneously growing more and more miserable and lethargic.
Unfortunately for him--or perhaps fortunately--the residents of the hotel aren't about to let him hide so easily.

Hell does not discriminate. It does not matter if you are an adult or a child; as long as you do not match the standards of Heaven, you will be sent to the south side.
Angel Dust, Alastor, Niffty, Husk, Cheri Bomb, and Sir Pentious are all kids and teens who are currently trapped in hell.
Being a kid is not easy in hell; exterminations are the least of your problems. There are other things to worry about, like shitty adults.
Then suddenly this Princess out of nowhere pitches this idea that you can go to heaven?
She must be high on drugs because no way an adult like her would look out for kids like them.
Would she?
Charlie will be in a hell of a time with these kids around the hotel. She’s got a tough road ahead. Not only does she need to redeem her guests before the extermination starts, but she also has to rebuild their trust after facing so much pain from adults time and time again. Will she be able to earn their trust and help them heal, or will she end up failing and losing these souls to the mercy of heaven?

Because snake forms aren't common in Heaven, Sir Pentious is forced to use an alternate form per Sera's orders. At the same time, she places a spell on him that prevents him from speaking about who he was before and his time in Hell.
After a disastrous event caused by Alastor, Pentious begs Sera to wipe his memories of his life before as it's the only way he can think of to ease the pain. This works for only a while, and the confusion between his two forms makes him restless. Emily smuggles him back to Hell to help him regain his memories.

A puff of pink smoke billowed up from behind the chair, and then it slowly turned, revealing the spider sitting in it.
He wore a white pinstripe suit, which accommodated all four of his arms. Underneath the suit was a grey button up shirt, the collar of which was white and pinned up tightly on purpose to show off the fluffy fur sticking out of it. A black tie rested atop this fur, like a black line drawn in the sand of a beach. He wore white khaki pants and black thigh high boots, the heels of which were sharpened to near needlepoint. A white fedora with a black band and cerise pink feather adorned his head, a fabric boat in a sea of white and pink splotches of hair.
He was tall, much taller than Pentious, though his heels somewhat helped in that department. The sclera of his left eye was a light yellow, while the right eye was darkened, like the damaged headlights of an old car. Cerise pink pupils seemed to stare straight through Pentious, with six smaller cerise eyes under the main two eyes, giving off the appearance of freckles. A wide smile was spread across his face, twisted up into a grin, sharp teeth decorated with a gold fang on full display.
