Itinerant mercenary life was less thrilling than he’d expected it to be when he was younger, but it was better, he thought, than squatting in some cold, empty ruin and constantly watching backs that weren’t your own. So when Geoff approached him the next time Eli passed through the Sanctuary, he refused.
In hindsight, he should have just taken the offer.

Hello! This is based off of VoicePlay's TRAPPED and Panic! At The Disco series, basically explaining what I think went down.
Yes, I'm aware the TRAPPED video came out in 2019 but I was looking for halloween music to play at my house for tricker treaters and rediscovered their oogie boogie song and started looking at the rest of their old videos. And now that I'm older and more into writing, I am revisiting the series to fufill my ideas of writing about this. Enjoy -

Summary
When Eli, a sorcerer, is sent to deal with a large dragon inhabiting one of the kingdom's castles, he finds that the "fearsome beast" is not as threatening or hostile as the stories make him out to be. In fact, the dragon wishes to be called Geoff, and he greatly desires to become human. With his wish granted, he winds up learning about the joys of friendship, music, and perhaps even, love.
(It's a Voiceplay fantasy/fairytale AU! If you like fairytales/Disney movies like Cinderella, Beauty And The Beast, and The Little Mermaid, you might like this too!)

Evelynn is young, insecure and unpopular. She has just been accepted at a college to become a nurse by the will of her parents as they do not support her wish to become an acrobat. In an attempt to have her be more popular at college than in high school, her parents sent her to a party to get to know her future classmates. However, she leaves the party early because she is absolutely uncomfortable there, leaving her to get back home on foot. On her way, she meets a group of five men whose van had suddenly stopped working on a back road. Together, they decide to go to a nearby house for help, unintentionally weaving their fates together.
