“What’s this? Are they too good for their estranged classmate?” He asks with a jeer, eyebrow rising up. He sets himself down into the seat opposite from him.
Aoyama’s mouth falls open in surprise, he gently brings his glass of something away from his lips, “Too good? Class A?” he laughs like the idea in and of itself is silly, “Don’t be ridiculous. I couldn’t have asked for better friends if I tried.” his cup clinks against the table quietly, barely head over the yells of Kaminari and Mineta.
“And yet they’re kicking you to the curb? Making you sit by yourself?” Neito leans forward on his elbows, jutting out a lip in question. Aoyama squares him up, tilting his body forward. That ever present smile is on his face.
“I put myself on this curb, thank you very much,” he shakes his head through a chuckle, he sloshes around the deep purple liquid in his cup, watching as it rolls over against the side, a drop or two splashing on his hand.

Summary
Aoyama has been yearning for a relationship with bakugo since the start of his first year and now finally with the weight of afo off his shoulders (and minas unwanted but very much appreciated help) he goes for it.
He was invited to a party by Bakugo, so he went and it wasn't all that interesting. Him and bakugo stood together in the kitchen, cups in hand, in pure silence except from the blasting music and overlapping voices surrounding them when they're called over for a party game, bakugo having to be physically dragged by mina and kirishima.
An empty beer bottle,from god knows where, is placed into the middle of the large circle the class formed and just to aoyamas luck (and last name) he has the misfortune of spinning first.
The person it landed on, however, made this experience a whole lot more exciting.

“N-Nothing's wrong!” Izuku almost squeaked in reply, but never pulled away from their embrace. “You just… called me by my first name…?”

Don’t misconstrue him, he wasn’t in love with the boy. He was a little too plain for that. Not blonde enough. Not glittery enough. And most certainly not enough twinkle. Perhaps it was a little cruel to let the infatuated man live with him knowing about his little crush, but Aoyama must admit, he liked the attention a little bit. The blush looked cute on Iida.
