When Sonic and Tails bump into Shadow in a small seaside town, they realise both parties are investigating the same strange signals coming from an offshore island and decide it'd be best to team up and set out together. Another adventure in the life of Sonic the Hedgehog.
However, this adventure would prove to test Sonic's limits as he's left stranded with only his brooding rival to keep him company, the dark past of the island, as well as Tails's whereabouts, beckoning them forward.

Shadow is reluctant to participate in her plan, but he agrees after some persuading (*ahem* bribery). Along the way, he also beings to socialise with others and kindle a passion for cooking--- all to get Sonic in love with Amy!
Too bad Sonic already has his eye on someone else...
