This is a Tian Guan Ci Fu (Heaven Official's Blessing) modern-day univeristy au.
There are many references to other fandoms, such as Sk8 the Infinity where I use the buildings and characters and I also use reference to music by Lovejoy, James Marriott, and other iconic artists.There is a lot of angst and fluff in this fan fiction, and occasional smut.
A lot of chapters will occur chronologically at the same time as I love to do perspectives, so keep that in mind.
All trigger warnings will be at the start of each chapter.

Happy endings were wasted on mortals and lovers, Pei Ming once thought bitterly in a moment of drunken rage as he sat at the head of an empty dining table, but he couldn’t blame himself for the vacant seats. Mortals, gods, and ghosts, they all made choices that dictated the courses of their fates. It was only inevitable that the consequences of one's choices would catch up to them, both good and bad.
Heaven still had no emperor after a year. A year to gods was nothing, but in the mortal realm, this was quite an extensive amount of time for the changing of leadership. There was still much work to be done in all three realms. Pei Ming never considered himself much of a hard worker before now, but someone had to pick up the slack.
