Summary
Using Frisks Soul, Asgore manages to bring down the Barrier, in the process absorbing the souls and becoming a being of unfathomable power. Using a monster army and his newfound strength, he takes over a town at the base of the mountain.
Monsters become the reigning power, and a human slave trade blossoms in "Overground" (so named by Asgore). Monsters own humans as butlers, pets, and entertainment.
Sans never thought he would personally own a human servant, but after a chance encounter, he has to face his worst fear - living with the same creature as the one that haunts his worst nightmares.

Summary
Hush now, little one. I have a story to tell. A story about humans and monsters.
Frisk Estrella lived on the surface, and was just one face in the crowd of thousands within the large city. Buckling under the pressure on his home life and internal forces preying at his mind, the last think Frisk wanted was to end up being on the run from the cops. Unfortunately, some don't get a happy life.
After a confrontation leads the boy wanted for murder, Frisk ends up in the bottom of Mount Ebott, where he discovers a civilization of mongers just below his feet. To anyone, they would be horrified, and would try and venture through to leave.Frisk however, finds himself growing familiar with this place of monsters, and soon enough, thinks about staying. But as he makes friends and allies, hundreds of years of history begin to rear their heads as Frisk must confront enemies that could threaten not just the Underground, or humanity, but the very nature of existence as well.
In order to save his friends, and himself, Frisk must have DETERMINATION to survive.

Grillby looked down from his bar to a familiar skeletal face staring up at him.
Sans?
But no, for as disconcerting as the resemblance might be this was certainly not a cheeky comedian. If anything, the little one (where are the stripes?) was still, almost unnaturally so.
Huh.
He hadn’t remembered any other skeletons about besides the goofy pair, but there was no way that one of them (Sans it looked like) could have possibly hid the existence of a whole person; or perhaps he had, one he didn’t know he was hiding to begin with-
“ya know where Sans is?” an eerie voice rang and the room stilled, silence as Grillby felt a headache, the world began to spin and-
A cheek-splitting grin “he’s my dad”
Sure, but does he know that?
All at once Grillby was wiping down his counters closing up his bar without knowing how he got there. He paused, then shrugged and figured that he should probably keep some sweets on hand for future reference.
Or
Sans acquires more children than he knows what to do with. Papyrus is ecstatic, the rest of the underground decidedly isn’t. The children(?) are absolutely no trouble at all, if you can believe it.

Two monsters had mysteriously showed up in the quiet town of Snowdin and asserted themselves.
No one had seen this "Sans" person, supposedly Papyrus's brother before. This causes some concern for the thirteen year old skeleton. Where did they come from? Where are their parents? Do they even have parents? Is Sans even real?
Or: Sans is a very traumatised and anxious skele that he can't bring himself to leave the house without having a nervous breakdown. Since no one has seen him, people don't quite believe Papyrus when he says he has a brother. Issues arries.
