Summary
Considered one of the most important works of the 2Xth century, Memoirs of a Young Human describes one human's journey through one of the most mythical finds in all of history: The Dyrses Underground, in which an entire civilization laid underneath, unknown. Memoirs of a Young Human details much of the culture, people and history of the Underground and ultimately serves as a powerful message of how love can break all barriers, from language, to actions and to the endless violence that is war.
Or, Frisk can't speak Monster Language and everyone has to deal with the consequences.

The story of the human and monster war, now days just another bedtime story, but that is for the humans. Monsters live trapped underground, they have gone through famines, epidemics, lost of hopes and dreams, and all because the humans were scared of them. Hope came back when finally, a "human" fell down. But it just brought more misfortune.

Summary
Two years after the events of the true pacifist ending the player did something incredibly risky. With Chara's assistance, they were successfully able to reestablish a connection with Frisk, but this had unexpected consequences. It caught the eye of a threat far more dangerous than anything Frisk, Chara, or the Player had ever seen before. It captured one of them, and gave the other two a choice, save their friend and convince them to change their mind, or watch as the entire universe is annihilated.

Frisk chewed their lip and felt their nails subconsciously start digging into their palm. The last thing they wanted to do was ruin anyone’s excitement about the surface with their own anxieties. If anything, they thought they’d been hiding their fears pretty damn well.
“There are some things, Sans…” their voice seemed to start against their will, hushed and constricted. They put a hand over their heart, which was beating restlessly.
“…that I just can’t explain to you,” Frisk finished exasperatedly.

Summary
Long ago, two races ruled over Earth: Humans and Monsters.
One day, war broke out between the two races.
After a long battle, the humans were victorious.
They sealed the monsters underground with a magic spell.
A spell given to them by a species of monster known as ‘Arch Angles’.
The humans agreed to let the Angels live peacefully aboveground in exchange for the spell needed to trap the other monsters under a mountain.
But once the other race was trapped, they humans went back on their word.
Instead of letting them live out their lives peacefully, the humans betrayed the Angels.
With the angels driven to the brink of extinction and forced to flee, humans claimed the surface for themselves, leaving Ebbot to fester.
This story isn’t about that though. This is the story of a girl, born to a human and an Angel.
A girl who is Determined enough to make it her mission to fix the mistakes humans made all those years ago, no matter what.

Y/N was never the type to be around people. She didn't have many friends besides her sister, but she didn't mind. It wasn't until Frisk and the Dreemurr family came along and became the family she had once lost.
Through Frisk, Y/N is able to realize the power of their determination. One night, as Y/N is hanging out with Frisk and Asriel, the topic of Asriel's dead sibling, Chara, comes up.
For some reason, the conversation led Y/N to want to explore the underground, for maybe there's a lonely ghost wandering around all alone with nobody to talk to.

Basically, you're a human living in Ebott. You get into all sorts of crazy hijinks when you meet Sans at a grocery store on your day off, and it snowballs from there.
It's a classic "ending up with the UT crew" storyline, but more like a slice of life with slight plot.

Frisk Estrella lived on the surface, and was just one face in the crowd of thousands within the large city. Buckling under the pressure on his home life and internal forces preying at his mind, the last think Frisk wanted was to end up being on the run from the cops. Unfortunately, some don't get a happy life.
After a confrontation leads the boy wanted for murder, Frisk ends up in the bottom of Mount Ebott, where he discovers a civilization of mongers just below his feet. To anyone, they would be horrified, and would try and venture through to leave.Frisk however, finds himself growing familiar with this place of monsters, and soon enough, thinks about staying. But as he makes friends and allies, hundreds of years of history begin to rear their heads as Frisk must confront enemies that could threaten not just the Underground, or humanity, but the very nature of existence as well.
In order to save his friends, and himself, Frisk must have DETERMINATION to survive.
