"You didn't say John'd be here!" Guy hisses, glaring down at Kyle, literally bristling.
"I didn't think you'd mind", Kyle says innocently, ignoring the look he can feel John give him. "I can ask him to leave if you're embarrassed."
"Embara- Guy Gardner has nothing to be embarrassed about!" Guy blusters, taking off his pants. "If anyone's embarrassed it's him!"
"No, I'm good", John says, giving Guy a once over, eyes lingering in a way that makes Guy blush.
Kyle smiles as he wanders over, Guy trailing behind him. John's still wearing clothes, sitting in his wheelchair next to the couch even though he could get onto it himself.

"Swearing to god", John says amusedly, "Hal can turn invisible now, he'd be able to help.""Great idea!" Kyle says, perking up. "Hal Jordan, Hal Jordan, Hal Jordan, Hal Jordan -"
"Jordan's not the fucking Candyman, Kyle", Guy says, "He won't turn up just cuz you shout his name."
"What do you want", Hal snaps, appearing in the middle of Kyle's living room, taking one look at the scene and disappearing again, cursing.
"Huh", Guy says dryly. "Guess you got him whipped."
"I am not whipped", Hal snaps, appearing again, giving Kyle a wide eyed look. "What are you doing?!"
"John and Guy are helping me make some art", Kyle says, smiling brightly, "But we needed a hand and, you know, since you can be see through it wouldn't ruin the lighting, so -"
"You want me to -", Hal stammers, looking at Guy and John and then away again very, very fast. "I'm - That's -"
"It wouldn't be a problem if I could still use my legs normally", John says neutrally, "But while I'm paralyzed, Guy would really need three hands at least to do it, and Kyle thinks it'll ruin the anatomy if he grows some."

"Yeah, perfect", Kyle replies, catching Guy's eyes as Hal abruptly disappears from sight, only visible in the slight dip of John's skin under his hands.Guy looks like he just realized he walked into a trap, and is both deeply miffed because of it - and really, really into it.
Kyle smiles as he brings the coal back to the paper, trying his best to capture the moment.
When he glances up again, he meets John's eyes over Hal's head - or maybe through it - and what he sees in them makes him smile even wider.
"I wonder", Kyle says innocently, "I wonder how it'd look if you fucked him right now, Hal, invisible like that."
Notes:
I had ideas for a more explicit version but they didn't happen yet. Maybe some day I will add a second chapter. For now, enjoy Kyle being a manipulative little shit and John enabling him by also being a little shit.

Maybe the second thing Mia learns about Ollie is that he, beyond the shadow of a doubt fully believes in ghosts and will ascribe things that others determine to be acts of God, to….being the actions of his dead best friend… that he apparently killed. Maybe the second thing she learned is that Ollie’s weird, but really wasn’t that the first thing?She mentions this to Connor and Dinah once, “So…what’s Ollie’s whole deal with the ghost of his best friend? This is definitely like a trauma response right?”
Dinah and Connor both pull faces that make her doubt her astute therapist approved theory. “Oh no…. Please tell me there isn't a real ghost haunting him.”
“All I’m saying is that he once met an actual pagan god and wasn’t as certain about that as he is about Hal.” Dinah says with a shrug. “He won’t be unconvinced.”
Connor nods. “I mean… Kyle definitely agrees with him on the whole Hal thing for what it’s worth.”
Mia groans, loudly. “You’re all crazy, you know that?”

Once again, she pesters Ollie about it. “Dinah says you met a pagan god once?”Ollie laughs. “Did she not tell you that I’d been drugged with LSD when that happened? Imagine a Welsh deity would be in England of all places comparing me to Robin of Locksley?”
“Wow the seventies were wild…”
“This was… 1989? 1990? Somewhere around there.”

Ollie opens and closes his mouth like a fish. “You know you could just- actually nevermind, yeah how much ghost hunting money do you need? This is gonna be hilarious.”
“Uh like…. Two hundred dollars?”
Ollie stares at her for a moment and then sighs. “Yeah, I’ll help you order whatever you need after dinner okay?”
“Okay! Thanks Ollie!”

“Are you actually there or is everyone just exaggerating how much Ollie likes you?” She spits out, frustrated.The lights flicker, her books shift around on their shelves ever so slightly, and soon before her is the menacing form of the Spectre. His cape billows behind him, eyes glowing a menacing green as he stares her down.
“What do you want?” He grumbles. “Four different souls have come complaining to me about you trying to reach me and getting them instead. I am not a ghost for children to summon in a fit of boredom.”
Mia’s not impressed and rolls her eyes. “Nice try scaring me and all, but I have seen pictures of you. I know you dress like a gay lumberjack, it’s not exactly threatening.”The Spectre stops for a moment, and blinks, before shifting into the very human form of Hal Jordan and Mia grins, smug.
“There,” she says, pulling a notebook and pen from beside her on the floor. “Now Hal, or should I call you Uncle Hal, that’s what Roy does- anyway- what’s it like to be a ghost? ”
Hal blinks for a moment. “Did Ollie tell you I was a ghost?”
“Not exactly, but spectres and ghosts are the same thing, it’s just a difference in linguistic choice. You’re obviously connected to the afterlife if you were able to interfere with Ollie’s afterlife experience, and that makes you a ghost.”
Hal sighs, deeply, and then looks around the room. “I’ve seen better ghost hunting in slasher flicks.”
Mia wrinkles her nose. “Cut me some slack, I had to ask renowned skeptic Oliver Queen for ghost hunting money, my funds were limited.”
“And you landed on a ouji board you’re not even using and a broken radio?” Hal raises an eyebrow and then Mia starts laughing.
“It’s supposed to sound like that- apparently Ollie’s not the only one who’s refused to learn modern technology.”
“If I tell you embarrassing stories about Ollie and Dinah will you leave me alone?”
“Throw in at least three embarrassing stories about Roy and you have yourself a deal, ghost-man.”

“Hey, John?” For some reason Hal sounded sad, as if he remembered being the kind of person that would make this joke but wasn’t anything close to being that person anymore. “Do you think that if someone walked in on you being fucked by a ghost, they’d just see your asshole expanding and contracting and- mmph.”
John managed to get a hand over his mouth before he finished that sentence.
The next morning Hal woke up when John was still in the shower, he was a little upset that he didn’t wake up to being held close, but then no one would be willing to snuggle up to someone who felt like a block of ice.
So, he decided to head downstairs and make John some pancakes. Carol had complained about them, accused him of trying to poison her too, but he was sure that John would appreciate the gesture, if not the pancake mix smeared over his ceiling.
Hal’s hands brushed against a picture that was lying face down on the table though, and, never having learned that snooping was wrong, he flipped it up.
It was a picture of him.
John didn’t want to look at his face, which was hardly surprising, who would actually want to be reminded of a man who went crazy and tried to remake the universe in his own image.
He’d been stupid. Coming here had been a mistake.
Hal pulled his spectral green cloak around himself, leaving in a puff of smoke before John had even left the shower.

We don't get to see too many interactions between Spectre Hal and Alan, so I figured that they might have had a short conversation after Hal saves Alan from dying (essentially from a magical stake to the heart).

I’m sorry I forgot you in a hotel room in Roswell when the sun died, Jim wants to say. Has been meaning to, for a while now. Apologies don’t come easy, clumsy foreign little things on his tongue, like he’s trying to wrap his head around a whole other language. Kane wouldn’t appreciate it, at any rate. He’s a detective and Jim knows the type through an intimate knowledge of himself -- the fact that it happened is always gonna outclass the why.
