Last year I used a randomizer, putting all names of the eight Chosen Children of Digimon Adventure, their Digimon partners and Crests into a hat. This way, I tried to give myself a little writing challenge, revolving around a simple "What if...?" premise:
"How would the Chosen Children react to getting approached by the Digimon partners of their friends in certain situations - and how do they display certain Crest attributes?"
Thus, eight one shots were created that I had a lot of fun with. The stories are mostly separate from one another and take place at different parts of the original Digimon Adventure timeline.
