They have all they need in their home. They have all the time in the world to accomplish what they want and to go on dates– be it a day on the beach, visiting their parents, or a vacation on the cruise.
But for now, their days spent like this is enough. It wasn't that productive nor was it lazy. It was cozy and light. Just them being one with each other and being a giggling mess.

“Actually, I don't drink coffee anymore”
If someone were to ask what Mike's go-to-drink, anyone who knows him enough will answer coffee, that's clear. However, Will doesn't have a clear favorite. He drinks coke, fruit juice, milk– really anything that tastes objectively good– and he used to drink coffee as well. He drinks coffee if there is but somehow… he stopped.
Mike looks at him in surprise, “Not even when you need it?”
In Will's mind, his reasoning was that he's not really a coffee drinker that's why whenever he drinks some late at night, it fucks with his body clock. He couldn't sleep when he decided it's time to and is more anxious whenever he tries to finish work.
“Nope,” Will shakes his head with a smile, looking proud, “Haven't taken a sip for like two years?”
But of course, that's a reason to hide another reason.
He remembers Mike whenever he sees coffee. He thinks of Mike as he drinks it.

Good thing Yoongi's back was facing Namjoon so he doesn't have to see the way Yoongi's eyes just lost its shine.
"It's nothing personal, I, hm, just really want to separate this thing from that thing-"
"Yeah, no, it's ok. I understand", Yoongi utters before leaving.
He did not understand. They had a great chat during that little time they had at the McDonald's parking lot. Even Yoongi, who never thought about soulmates, thought that he suddenly found his. Maybe it was the booze or maybe it's just the way Namjoon seems to light up the dimly lit parking lot, but one thing led to another, then— now. He's back home.
Maybe it was just really a one night stand. Maybe that /is/ his soulmate but that's the only time they get to be with each other.
Yoongi believed in that to console himself. Not until Yoongi meets Namjoon again just a few days later— but this time Namjoon has someone with him.
"Doctor Min, how's my husband?", Namjoon asks.

He stared at the nape of Will’s neck. Pale skin there, almost luminous under the fluorescent hum, fine downy hairs catching light, rising and falling with each quiet breath. Three small moles dotted the curve just below the hairline—dark, perfect little points like someone had pressed a fingertip into soft clay and left faint shadows behind. Chance’s gaze snagged on them, tracing the irregular pattern without meaning to. One slightly higher, two lower, forming a tiny, accidental constellation against the pale column.
This is a Bychance fanfic—Bylers, don't read it; you'll hate it. Because I have Will cheating on Mike with Chance behind his back. That's pretty much the core of this story. The main installment of "Rough Practice".
P.S. I actually just wanted to write smut, but it needs a bit of romance to carry it.
