Team Dark had just finished another fight against Team Sonic, which is a rather stupid and self centered name if you think about it.
...a fight where Rouge had kissed Tails to distract him.
A tactic she had used a few too many times, and now Shadow was starting to question it.
As they were walking away, he turned to her, arms crossed. "Why do you keep kissing Tails?" He bluntly asked.
Rouge jolted at the sudden question, stumbling away from him with a blush on her face, her ears slicked back. "W-what?!"
"Every time we fight them, you distract Tails by kissing him. Why?" He asked once more, starting to sound like an interrogator.
"I-it's a good distraction method! It gets him every time, doesn't it?" She argued.
"It does prove most effective." Omega agreed.
"See? Omega's on my side." Rouge smugly remarked.
"...Romantic feelings detected."
Rouge choked on air.
