He was laying sideways on the metal ground. Yet, the most noticeable thing were the three slashes across his eyes, each the same as those women who had been murdered. “Sherlock… oh my-”
“Watson?” Sherlock’s voice was noticeably weak now, his head raising towards the sound of his voice, but his eyes were squeezed close. Blood dripped out of them, falling down his cheek and onto the ground.

Sherlock was right, they wouldn’t have to worry about anyone finding out. It would be perfect if not for- “Wait. Wait, what rumors, Sherlock,” his brow furrows as he stares up at him, taking his wrist in his hands so that he can’t escape like he so surely does.
The Prince doesn’t meet his eyes, his hands flexing and unflexing multiple times. He clicks his tongue and says, “Nothing, forget I said anything.”
