Summary
Up ahead a small merchant caravan rode toward their group, goods rattled in their crates and a pair of donkeys heaved hard with effort. A dozen or so merchant men walked in tandem, footsteps eerily silent and not a word passed between them. Even as Revali continued to complain, Link was finally able to tune him out; an uneasy feeling settled down in the pit of his stomach.
Urbosa and Link shared a glance. She shot him a shallow nod, readjusting her posture to lay a hand on the hilt of her sword. Link forced his stiff shoulders to ease.

After Zelda fails to awaken her powers at the Spring of Power, she and her Champions begin their trek towards Mount Lanayru. It is during this tiring trip that they come across a caravan of travellers who are not the merchants they appear to be.

From within the fog came a quiet chiming, like chestnuts being hit together. In truth, it reminded Green so much of Minish hauling little sacks of kinstones that he half expected to find an equally small mousy face emerging from the mist.
What he was greeted with, when the creature finally came close enough to see, was a tiny wooden body and a face cut from a leaf. A face to which he was eye to eye with.

3O DAY WRITING CHALLENGE
In lieu of NaNoWriMo I'm going to be writing a short story for every day of November (2019) using a different randomly generated Homestuck ship for each day. As the words 'randomly generated' imply, there will probably be a lot of rare-pairs and more than a couple AUs!
This collection will reach 30 stories, no matter how long it takes. After it is completed I will go back through and edit earlier entries to satisfaction.

Alfred turns to Tim next. “And thank you, Master Timothy.”
Tim quickly straightens his spine from where he was slouching on the counter. “Me? What?” He can’t imagine why Alfred would possibly be thanking him; he hadn’t actually helped.
“Thank you for spending time with us,” Alfred responds.
Tim blushes. “Oh–uh–thank you. I had fun,” he says, and he’s surprised to find that it’s true. For the past hour, he sat here and watched Alfred and Jason cook, and he listened to Jason talk. He didn’t even have to respond to the conversation or lift a finger to help. He just sat here, and for some reason it made Jason and Alfred happy. Tim made Jason and Alfred happy.
And that thought makes Tim happy.

No. Robert could never be comforted now. He could never get the relief of knowing why his father raised him the way he did. And it was all Elliot's fault. So, Robert's entire life as Mecha Man had led up to this moment. Every day he spend protecting LA and every night he spent tossing and turning with vivid nightmares and sleep paralysis had brought him to this moment. This life changing moment where Robert couldn't decide whether or not he'd live his ways to regret it. Not that he could think clearly enough right now to weigh up his decision.
So, there was only one way to find out.
