After hearing enough and wanting to clear it all up, Shouto runs a trace on Katsuki's phone, the location seems to even further strengthen the cheating accusations.
But Izuku knows his husband too well, so he decides to go to where Katsuki is and prove Uraraka wrong.

So Kyodai and Izuku swore they would become the best Pro/Police team. In order to achieve their goal, Izuku studied hard and became top of his class despite the harsh bullying from his peers. While Kyodai attends UA, studying in the school's famous Heroes Course. Everything is going according to plan...until Kyodai goes missing during the break. The police have no idea what happened to him, they suspect he was kidnapped. But with no leads and their senior year approaching fast, Izuku doesn't know what to say when he gets home to find Nezu, UA's principal, in his living room offering him an opportunity he just can't turn down. Now Izuku is masquerading as Kyodai at UA! He can't let anyone find out his true identity for the sake of the investigation. Which is easier said than done-especially when he has to share a dorm room with an insufferable, hotheaded blond.

“Yeah, the disguise is pretty good, right?” Izuku beamed. Idiots, both of them. “That’s why I’m dressed up right now, too. People sometimes recognize me from the sports festival. I see you both have to wear uniforms, too?”
Katsuki humphed, overwhelmed by the stupidity he was surrounded with (and how goddamned cute Izuku looked in his Christmas outfit). “Yeah, we have to wear these shitty jackets. At least it’s not a cringey elf costume.”
Izuku froze, and to Katsuki’s regret, he saw that bright smile dim a bit at his words. “Do I really look that bad, Kacchan?” he managed to get out.
And then Katsuki was getting subjected to the full blast of Izuku’s shining green eyes, with doubled damage because of his cringey-but-somehow-charming Christmas outfit, as the other boy waited for his response. Oh no. His cheeks tinged with warmth. “Huh? No you look cu-” Katsuki caught Kirishima staring between them, “-STUPID.”
