Summary

Black Bat's hand drifted towards her grappling hook and the woman suddenly took off down a side alley, away from the two of them.

The bulletin boards are decorated with dorky and encouraging messages. On one of them, there’s a big cutout of a cartoon honeybee with a speech bubble telling her to ‘BEE Positive!’ She would’ve gagged at the sight when she was a kid.
But her child isn’t her. They’re their own person. She feels their hand tense up in hers and gives it an affirming squeeze. ‘I think you’re really gonna like it here,’ she wants to tell them.
That’s when she sees her.
Behind the teacher’s desk in all her glory, sits Adora fucking Grayskull.
