Shen Qingqiu grits his teeth. Luo Binghe intends for him to go like a lamb to slaughter?
Not a chance.
“This master may be at your mercy, Binghe,” he says ‘Binghe’ with as little fatherly pride or… motherly warmth as he can muster, “but so long as you call me ‘Shizun’ and Qing Jing Peak your home, you will treat me with the respect you swore to serve me with!”
Luo Binghe blinks. The pinkish colour on his face darkens.

Those doe-eyes and that honeyed voice asking to be told off, what happened to the protagonist during those two years?! And why does it feel so perverse?!

Amei demais e preciso escrever uma review detalhada.
Hora da review: Binghe mais velho reinterpretando como toda a sua adolescência foi zuada pra caralho, ele tendo o mesmo senso de humor do SQH é tudo que eu precisava e não sabia. Amei também a caracterização do Shen Yuan, como é muito dificil pra ele se adaptar e ele luta a todo momento contra o que quer fazer e o que precisa. Em geral, o pov do Binghe é tão bem escrito, e isso é tão raro nesse fandom, que eu amei e já quero ler de novo, mesmo com o final abrupto. Mas acho que foi satisfatório, e contou o que precisava ser contado.

Shen Yuan has had a push-and-pull relationship with Shen Qingqiu for years. After the Immortal Alliance Conference, Shen Qingqiu qi deviates. The deviation itself isn’t bad, but it allows Without-A-Cure to spread far further than it did originally, disabling Shen Qingqiu by a non-insignificant amount.
So when Huan Hua calls for Shen Qingqiu’s imprisonment in Jinlan City, Without-A-Cure makes it very clear that Shen Qingqiu can not be held in the Water Prison away from the medical attention he needs these days.
Instead, Shen Qingqiu is allowed to return to Qing Jing, provided he takes Luo Binghe back with him.
