Osamu’s ramble is as animated as his eating habits. Atsumu laughs, the sores in his muscles melting away as their conversation rolls on into the night.
It’s when he’s in bed, fed and satisfied, did he realise that Osamu was only half right.

"You and Shanks are married?!" Buggy is apoplectic. Honestly, Zoro doesn't feel too far behind him.
"Crocodile was there," Mihawk nods at the large hook-handed man.
Buggy turns betrayed eyes at Crocodile, still smoking casually with Sanji next to him. Crocodile raises his cigar and nods. "Beautiful ceremony," he says sardonically. "Small and intimate."
Buggy takes a deep breath, and then starts screaming.

Oh god, did Zoro (and Perona) find him in the middle of a break-up? He thinks of all the times he wandered in on Mihawk looking broodily out a castle window with a glass of wine in his hands, or aggressively cutting down trees with a stoic look on his face, or scowling down at his plants while he watered them, or the amount of times he'd pull out his den den mushi after dinner just to stare at it and oh god Zoro had found him in the middle of a break-up!
"You dated Shanks!" Buggy finally yells. It practically echoes in the space around them.
Mihawk frowns. "I am dating Shanks, present tense," he corrects. "We got back together." He pauses once more and then casually adds, "Actually we got married right before the Cross Guild was formed. Rayleigh got ordained so he could marry us."
"Rayleigh—?!" Buggy starts, and then stops, and then tries, "Married!!!" Buggy is apoplectic. Honestly, Zoro doesn't feel too far behind him.
