His second instinct is to blast a hole straight through his laptop screen with his heat vision, which isn't much better.
Clark, in an attempt to make some spare cash, unintentionally stumbles into the world of superhero fanfiction, becomes a prolific writer for Gotham's OTP, and tries his best to fend off rival fans who want him to convert to superbat instead. -

She spends another hour with them, the conversation becoming gradually more casual as the time went on. That felt good because Buck thought it meant she was satisfied with what she was seeing. He felt more comfortable too–hard not to when Eddie was so incredibly effortless. He did realize though that his only lie was that he and Eddie were life partners in that sense. Nothing they’ve said to her has been a lie otherwise, just the telling of a story written by two authors on the same page.
After a call, Buck takes the leap to become an emergency foster. A few white lies on white paper later, he finds himself in a dream come true.

The Chief is coming to visit, and Gerrard has dished out tasks for the 118. Unfortunately for him, Buck's task involves a lot of paper, and what could he use to make that easier? Oh yes, a clipboard!
----Buck looked down at the endless list in despair. Half the items that were on it he’d never seen in the seven years he’d worked there. Hell, he didn’t even know what some of them were! There was no way on God’s green Earth that he was going to be able to source them by the end of the day.
He was still staring at it five minutes later, when Chimney sidled up to him and prodded him in the arm, then took the papers from him.
“Hey, what...?” Buck started, but Chimney just motioned at him to be quiet as he produced a clipboard and clipped the list onto it.
“You are now clipboard Buck. Go forth and cause chaos.” He whispered, aware of three sets of eyes on him. Ravi looked terrified. Eddie was trying hard not to laugh. And Hen, well Hen looked like she was close to murder at that moment in time.
