His hand extends to hold the knife out to his idiot neighbor, handle first —because Bakugou truly is a nice person. Shitty Hair takes it, mirroring the smile the blond gave him, but it was obvious his smile was lined with a little more authenticity than Bakugou’s was.
“Thanks, bro!” he says brightly, entirely oblivious that that knife had been buried in a body not even 24 hours ago.
And while he wants to grimace at the stupid nickname (Shitty Hair was proving to be a fucking annoying neighbor), Bakugou only nods, briefly eyeing the spot on the blade where he had wiped off a fleck of blood just seconds ago, before meeting Shitty Hair’s gleaming eyes, “Just be sure to clean it before you return it.”
Or, the five times his new neighbors, Shitty Hair and Dunce Face, almost caught Bakugou red-handed and the one time Shitty Hair figured something out.

Note: Ditching this one. I do apologize to anyone who wanted to read more of this, but I cannot convince myself to come back to it.
An aged-up quirkless AU exploring polyamory because I have so many ships from this show. Anyways, it starts in mid September. Everyone is around 21 or 22 to start. This will be a running work of many plots, all connected, not completely chronological, depicting the lives of the My Hero characters as I view them in a world without quirks. With tattoo artist Bakugo, college student Midoriya, mechanic Kirishima, and everyone else coming and going, there will poly relationships, lots of watersports, some touchy feelings, and a lot of kinky smut. I hope you enjoy.
